- Tuntas Beach Hotel Altinkum

Located next to a small beach to one end of the resort town of Altinkum, there are shops, café bars and restaurants close by, though the centre of resort is only a 10-15 minute walk away. This hotel comprises a total of 134 rooms and features a lobby lounge with 24-hour reception, an outdoor pool and sun-bathing terrace. Dining options include a snack bar and an air-conditioned restaurant as well as a terrace bar. Guests might also wish to visit the magnificent Temple of Apollo, which is a just 15-minute journey by public transport.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Worst hotel ever, the bar staff was fighting on one night, then there was another fight on the second night and the hotel staff left a man to beat he’s wife and after they served him more alcohol, on the last night I was at the hotel a cleaner attend my room and stole a football kit, hair products and bag with loads off food the hotel showed me cctv and confirmed it was them and gave me cash to reimburse me for the stolen items,
I would recommend no one staying in this hotel as the staff are not professional and the food I wouldn’t even feed it to an animal
Stay away at all cost
In 45 years of travelling i have NEVER needed to write a negative review Food terrible absoulutely disgusting but the toast an jam was lovely Rooms were spacious and a double bed with amazing side view of the sea cleaned just once in 7 days Beach beautiful plenty of sunbeds but a towel on everyone at 6 in the morning so get your trainers on and set your alarm As a family of 7 it was our choice to pay 200 lire per person a day for the pier that was an amazing experience with sunbeds and unbrellas in great condition Drinks available throughout the day an evening so a coffee or beer coke lemonade not forgetting slush but it wasnt working for most of the day spirits on offer vodka gin everything else you pay for 3 rooms booked and 24 hrs before our departure time a cleaner cleaned the room ready for new customers taking personal items food drinks completly emptied the most valuable item being a iphone and charger belonging to my grandson this was returned after a chase along the corridor and her pulling it out of her pocket 😳 after 24 hrs of not being believed (liars) they managed that word in english 👏NEVER an apology just ignorance upsets and arguments from management resolved by them watching cctv and seeing the cleaner in the room leaving with a large black bag we were given 70 euros to cover the cost of the items stolen Finally all inclusive means drunks that want to fight so 2 nights of tables being thrown a man held by 4 bar staff and kicked and beaten then a woman knocked out by her husband but this is acceptable in this hotel and it was his wife so he was allowed to beat her even the police walked away poor woman walking around the next day black an blue he is a brave man ooppss maybe not no interest in my man and son fronting him he was very scared backing away Such a shame as the beach front was amazing and so was the rooms
Just back from 2 weeks at this hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect as so many poor reviews. I arrived at 2 am and was made very welcome. My room was large and very clean. The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the beach, and a nice walk to the main strip. I was immediately impressed with everything, the staff were all hard working and friendly, the food was great all inclusive food, and as a vegetarian I had no problems at all, the drinks were strong. The pool is adequate. I had the most amazing time and would like to thank all staff for their hard work and friendliness. I will most certainly be returning.
The hotel is very nice and the staff are really friendly and helpful, the only negative about the hotel is that the floors are not easy to access as every floor you have to climb stairs especially if you have a room facing the sea. When you leave the reception it doesn’t matter what way you go you will have some stairs to climb or go down. The entertainment is pretty disappointing, during the day you have some music that I’ve never heard before and in the evening all we had was some gents playing a guitar and singing but every song was a Turkish song🥴 I know I am in turkey but in the end even the Turkish holiday makers weren’t clapping. Me being a Brit I would say the percentage of English tourists is about 10% as the hotel is more geared up and attracts more Turkish tourists than any other.
Location is brilliant nd right next to the sea lovely beach. Rooms basic beds are very hard shower is good. Food not brilliant but we managed to find something to eat everyday. Staff lovely and cleaners came in nearly everyday. Entertainment wasn’t for us but it was on for an hour or so. Pool very small didn’t use it so can’t comment on heat of it but beach is right outside. Booked 2 trips one on ferry to cos that was great day booked through rep at hotel.
