The centre of the resort is approximately a 20-minute walk and guests can find numerous restaurants and café bars closeby. Public transport runs in front of the hotel providing easy access to the resort centre and local places of interest such as the magnificent Apollo Temple, situated just 5km away.

A low-key family friendly resort that looks like the brochure photos, with something for everyone and fairly good food and drink
Overall a great holiday: the kids loved the water slides (open 10-12 and 2-4), the pools and beach were brilliant, our room was fine and the food was, for the most part, good (more detail below). It felt very safe and people left their bags and belongings on sunbeds all day with no worries about things being taken. Drinks were almost exclusively local alcohol but we mainly had beer or cocktails/mocktails so it didn't matter. However, the kids were disappointed that the hotel clientele was 90% Russian or Turkish so they struggled to make friends as they'd hoped. Don't go expecting lots of entertainment: there was morning yoga, afternoon water polo and a show and kids disco at the little amphitheatre in the evening. 2 pool tables in the main hotel and more in the (very weird) Elegance building next door. Can't comment on the kids club (teens too old), spa (too expensive even after haggling), or the gym (didn't find it). The gardens, pool, beach and other communal areas are clean and well maintained. We (2 adults & 2 teens) stayed in the main building in a family room which had 2 connected bedrooms and small-ish balcony (but only seating on it for 2). The air conditioning in the room worked well and we saw very few flies and no wasps, mosquitoes or other bugs during our stay. Our housekeeper was friendly and did a great job. The resort is built on a slope so there are 2 sets of steps down to the beach but there's a lift as well. There were bars on all the levels so you're never far from a drink: the kids loved the rainbow mocktails! The beach is clean and the water crystal clear with lots of great snorkeling opportunities. The food at breakfast was good. There's all the usual continental and Turkish options at breakfast plus a big range of bread (some with sweet or savoury toppings), cereal, fruit, biscuits, Turkish delight, freshly made doughnuts and American style pancakes every day. My kids also liked the grilled cheese toasties. At lunch you can have hotdogs or fried fish sandwiches from the beach bar, Turkish flatbreads from the bar on the next level up or a buffet from the main restaurant which was pretty much the same every day: a good range of breads, fresh salads, meze style pickles and dips, chicken wings and Turkish flatbreads from the pizza oven & BBQ, Turkish casseroles and freshly made chips which were excellent. The evening was similar to lunch (without the chips) except it was grilled whole fish from the pizza oven/BBQ area and there was usually some sushi and grilled meatballs as well. A range of cakes or ice cream for dessert. We had one a la carte meal during our stay and opted for the fish restaurant at the beach jetty which was excellent (but was a set menu so you all have to like fish!). The evening meal is too same-y and the lowest quality of all the meals there so we ate out most nights instead. Highly recommend Nikas restaurant just next to the hotel. Things that could be improved: the water slide area needs some maintenance: the steps out of that pool had broken handles and the stairs to the slides had rust in places. There's zero information given to you on arrival about mealtimes & food options/locations and other facilities so you have to figure it out for yourself. For example, the cabanas on the jetty and the infinity pool are not free and cost up to €80 per day to use them. The beach towels are hidden downstairs in the spa, the ice cream bar is tucked away near the beach lift middle level and it's open limited hours in the afternoon. The waffles there (5-7pm) were a welcome snack before dinner for the teens. You need to figure out the queuing system for each bar (not a British bar queue system) and the bar staff were the least friendly of all the staff at the hotel. There's the usual towels on the best sunbeds fiasco at the pool and beach first thing in the morning, but we always found somewhere to sit.

An excellent, budget-friendly choice for families and all-inclusive lovers who prioritize beach days and good food over ultra-modern luxury. Booking a upgraded/renovated room category is highly recommended

I would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel is far too big for the number of facilities it has. There are simply too many guests and not enough space. Finding a sunbed by the pool is almost impossible, and the beach area is far too small for the number of people staying at the hotel. Everything feels overcrowded, with people packed in everywhere. The food was below average, with limited variety and quality. The dining area is also too small, so guests often have to wait for a table before they can eat, which is very frustrating. Overall, the hotel is overcrowded and poorly organised for its size. Unfortunately, I would never stay here again.
Poor hotel, definitely not 5 stars
I have just finished a week stay in this hotel with my family, 8 of us all together including 3 children.
Upon arrival the hotel seemed lovely, clean and friendly. As the holiday went on this significantly changed.
Throughout the week at the hotel we were informed by a member of staff we were 1 of 3 british families here, everyone else was either Turkish or Polish and extremely rude. The amount of times we were pushed past or shoved is unbelievable.
The rooms themselves were ok, they were however dated with very weak air con and not to mention our second day we had a leak coming from the room and the door frame falling off. Our balcony did not close properly due to the seal being broken which caused the wind to whistle through the gap. The shower was good and powerful with hot water. The bed was okay, my mattress was soft however another family members was very hard and all blankets were rough and felt like a towel. The room came with a mini bar that was not stocked throughout our visit. The maids were lovely and besides the little staff that could speak English, they were the only nice staff in the hotel.
Most staff in the hotel did not understand english and when I asked once for an ice coffee with some syrup I was rewarded with an eye roll. However, the staff who spoke english were extremely kind, lovely and made the experience better.
The pool, while being a good size and not extremely deep the sun beds surrounding it were awful. We were waking up at 5:30/5:45 to get sun beds and half were already taken. There is very little beds for how big the hotel is. There is a sign that says any towels down before 8am will be moved however this just wasn’t the case. There are also marble like steps through the pool, while looking nice they were extremely slippery and throughout the week we witnessed multiple people slip, including a young child who split his head open off them.
The food in the hotel was the exact same every single night. Absolutely no variation and very limited options for children. Most my family lived off chips, pasta, onion rings and pizza. The hotel is rated a 5 star and it is definitely not. Near the end of our holiday they ran out of branded drinks. When asking for pepsi we were given kola and there was times we asked for lemonade and were given an almond flavoured drink, luckily no one had any allergies.
I was also served a drink twice in a glass that was cracked. Cats do roam the restaurant and there is a sign warning about this.
Overall, the hotel is more of a 3 star. My experience was not the best and I will not be returning. If you are british, go somewhere else.
