Avoid at all cost after a incident around the pool were a man revealed himself in front of other families hotel management lied and said he had been removed from hotel to find him walking around next morning as if nothing happened wouldn’t recommend especially coming with children as no safe guarding in place

The hotel itself is very beautiful, with plenty of lovely spots for taking photos. The pools are clean, the sunbeds are comfortable, and our room was perfectly fine and cleaned every day. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The choice was limited, the meals were average, and the menu was repetitive. The snack bar was much better, with very tasty food and extremely friendly staff. I would also like to give special praise to the two older gentlemen who make the pizza — it was absolutely delicious, and both men were lovely and welcoming. The staff at the indoor bar were fantastic — very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Unfortunately, the service at the pool bar was a completely different story. In particular, the red-haired female member of staff was extremely unfriendly and gave the impression that she was working there against her will. Her attitude really let the hotel down. We booked an Ultra All-Inclusive holiday, but when we arrived at night, there was no food available. This was disappointing, especially when you expect a certain level of service from an Ultra All-Inclusive hotel. The daytime entertainment was poor, and the music around the pool was the same every single day. The evening shows in the amphitheatre were better, although nothing particularly special. There definitely needs to be more variety and better entertainment throughout the day. The hotel photographer was lovely, cheerful and great fun, which made the experience much more enjoyable. One particularly worrying incident happened around the pool, where a confrontation between guests nearly turned into a physical fight. It looked very dangerous, and security took a long time to arrive. This was genuinely concerning and raised questions about the hotel's security and how quickly staff respond to potentially dangerous situations. Overall, the hotel has its good and bad points. It is attractive, the pools are clean, the sunbeds are comfortable, and some members of staff are absolutely wonderful. However, the average food, limited entertainment, inconsistent service and concerns about security mean that, in my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a five-star rating. Would I return? Possibly, yes — but only if the service at the pool bar improved significantly, there was more varied entertainment, and the hotel took guest safety more seriously. There is potential here for a much better holiday experience, but improvements are definitely needed. For me, this was an okay hotel with some great highlights, but certainly not the five-star Ultra All-Inclusive experience I expected.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Experience! Would Not Recommend!

My stay at Laur Hotels in Turkey was a huge disappointment. The hotel did not meet my expectations, and I honestly regret choosing this place for my holiday.

The food was terrible! For an entire week, it was practically the same food every single day. There was very little variety, and after a few days, it became frustrating trying to find something decent to eat. For an all-inclusive hotel, you would expect a reasonable selection of fresh, tasty food, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. It felt like eating the same thing over and over again throughout the whole holiday.

The entertainment was absolutely disappointing. There was entertainment only once a week, which is ridiculous for a hotel where guests come to relax and enjoy themselves. There was practically no music or atmosphere at the hotel, making the whole holiday feel boring. If you are expecting music, entertainment, and a lively holiday atmosphere, this is definitely not the place for you.

The manager's attitude was another major problem. In my opinion, the manager allows himself far too much and does not behave professionally when dealing with guests. A hotel manager should be respectful, approachable, and willing to resolve problems, not make guests feel uncomfortable or ignored. The way management handles guests can make a huge difference to a holiday, and this experience left a very bad impression.

Overall, the food was disappointing, the entertainment was almost non-existent, there was no proper music or atmosphere, and the management left a lot to be desired. When you pay good money for an all-inclusive holiday, you expect decent food, entertainment, music, and good service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet those expectations.

My advice: think carefully before booking this hotel. I would not return, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others. There are plenty of other hotels in Turkey where your money may be better spent.

Definitely not the holiday experience I was hoping for! Save your money and look elsewhere.
