You pay for what you get.
Location is great for the town centre and with a Megros across the road its a positive. Atmosphere has been good, second week was better with the turkish holiday and the hotel filling up, with more entertainment and staff. Family Rooms are good especially for 3 to 4 people families, very spacious but lack of cupboard space, we lived out of 4 suitcases for the 2 weeks. The value is what you paid for, thats all I can say. The hotel is clean in a whole but rooms could be cleaned better by staff, each day is a quick spruce up nothing too serious. Noise level is a bit shocking to all hours in the morning, staff dont really care about it, if you are in any of the family suites, try and go for any room not facing the main pool. The day/night bar staff are amazing, all staff in general are very helpful, too many to mention. The food gets very repetitive but there is something for everyone and the sunday dinner still lives up to its reputation. It might have been a better review if it wasn't for the late night parties from the guests, especially being aloud to all hours in the morning and especially today, they ask for 120 hours to keep the room on and if you dont do that you have to ask for a room to shower that day, they dont supply towels to dry yourself and for a family of 4, they tell you its a maximum time of 20 mins, they also said the time starts from the moment you leave the main desk. When your staying there and spending your well earned cash, its all help but when your leaving there is no care in the world.

Before coming here I read so many reviews. The negative ones did worry me at first, but, I can tell you now that this is a fantastic place for a family holiday. The rooms are slightly dated, but, it was extremely clean. Aircon, coffee, kettle and a fridge 👌🏻. We had a suite with two bedrooms, one double bed, two singles and a pull out sofa bed. It was slightly cramped, but who goes on holiday to spend time in their room? The beds were comfortable and bedding was very clean. Towels are provided in your rooms but you cannot take these down to the pool, so bring spares. There are two main pools and a separate pool area linked to the slides. The pool closest to the reception area has the entertainment team creating fun and games. The team are brilliant and do their best to get everyone involved. It's like an all day party. Table tennis, darts, water polo etc. The only note I have is that the pools are pretty deep. So bring floatation devices for little ones. The shallow end is still 1.25m. There is a supermarket directly opposite the front of the hotel which is really handy. Food wise, I wasn't disappointed despite reading some negativity before we arrived. There is a great variety available. I grabbed stuff I knew I liked and always had something new to try too. They even done a roast dinner on sunday! While you are here, I highly recommend doing a boat trip. We went on the Ilki yesterday which we booked via the reps near reception. I don't want to spoil it for you but I will just say it's an unforgettable experience. Evening entertainment is brilliant! Childrens entertainment starts at around 9pm. If you hear of a kids pool party, just go, they will love it! In my opinion, great value for money, don't let the sadsack reviews put you off. Also, for my last note, you are not allowed to put towels on sunbeds. But, the 6am rises are out in force, so get one of your party down to the pool for 7:30 and you should be good 👍🏻
