Absolutely love this place
I have just spent 11 nights at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it for a family or as a solo I was in a solo room but I was here with 3 of my family members the rooms and the hotel were clean and well maintained grounds
The staff are helpful and very polite they always had a smile on their faces except 1 poolside member who looked like he was not really enjoying his job. the food all though limited selection it was different everyday
My only gripe would be there was never enough coffee in my room so I ended up going and buying some as I do drink a lot of coffee
Just ok
It was just ok, we personally wouldn't return. The staff were lovely but hotel is just standard nothing special, pools aren't really big enough for the amount of guests especially the entertainment pool it was crammed, we spent our time around the "quiet pool" but it was still busy. We did have to get up at 6am for subbeds as the first day we didn't the only available ones were at the very back next to the snack bar (busy when open) and next to a very loud speaker. The food was just ok, our children struggled as did many others, living on spaghetti and chips for the week (mine are usually good eaters). Lots of drama around the hotel with visitors, kids causing havoc and parents leaving them to it. Basically you get what you pay for. Lovely town and beach near by and sky bar across the road if you need to escape the madness for abit (we certainly did). We also discovered on the last day someone else's key opens our door, when a young boy entered our room by accident.
Highly recommend
We had a wonderful stay at Esra Hotel from the last week of August into the first week of September. The food was great with plenty of options and the dining staff were so friendly and welcoming, always taking the time to talk to us, they truly made us feel so comfortable. The service manager was so kind and the warm smiles made us feel so welcome. The location is also great, the beach is close and the hotel is very peaceful especially at night which we appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place highly. Teşekkür ederiz ve yakında tekrar gelmeyi umuyoruz.

Amazing hotel
Where do i start, Absolutely brilliant hotel, amazing staff, chef cooked the best food I ever tasted. Waiters can't do enough for you and more. Poolside team are amazing, entertainment team are amazing, funny and gets everyone involved. I would definitely recommend 100/100 coming back in 2 years time! Then continue to come back year after year. Will be silly not to. Should be a 5 star 🌟 with how you are treated.

Please whatever you do do not stay here , foods absolutely terrible , will make you ill and ruin your holiday , kids pooing in pool and then have to shut the pool all day , man got caught messing with himself in big pool and nothing was done about it, rooms are very old & dated , kids have to get out the pool when the water polo is on for the adults which I find absolutely disgusting as the kids have no pool to play in then for about an hour , sunbeds are rammed next to each other and got no privacy or space , definitely 100% would not recommend this hotel, they say it’s 3 star id give it 2 being generous, 100% definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here and wasting your money when there’s plenty of lovely other hotels in the area .
