We have spent the last 10 days here and it’s been one of the best holidays. We are a party of 6. 2 Adults, 4 kids ( 10,13,16,17) and there was something for everyone … The water park was a huge hit with our lot 🙌🏻🙌🏻 The food is outstanding and we’ve always had a huge choice to choose from and I have 2 fussy boys. Rooms are kept very clean and the staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem. The entertainment team work so hard to keep us all happy during the day at the pool and in the evening. How they do what they do in the heat is an absolute miracle. We shouldn’t have a favourite but Ferdi was the most friendliest and always took time out to come and chat. He’s full of energy and fun. Few things we’ve learned while being here which we didn’t know before was they supply beach towels. You get given a towel card on arrival per person and there is a towel station on the way to the main pool. You hand over your card and are given a towel and when you hand it back you receive your card again.. so no need to bring your own towels.. There is also a small shop within the resort but there is also a small super market 5 minutes walk from the hotel. You can ask at reception for a taxi into Altinkem to walk around the bars and shops for about €12 there and €12 back. There are loads of bars and restaurants but you will also find your Burger King and Domino’s pizzas there too. I would advise you to bring euros and not Turkish Lira. The resort doesn’t have anyone to help get you currency changed so either use your bank card or bring enough euros with you. There is 3 cashline machines next to the supermarket but we took out €200 and was charged £40 to do this. 🤬 The hotel has its very own Starbucks which was our regular visit daily which is part of the All Inclusive. There is also a huge choice of water sports available too on the beach at the resort. But this is only CASH ONLY. But worth doing .. We would all highly recommend coming here for a holiday and we certainly will be back.
Lovely hotel fantastic service staff friendly would return
