Good for family
We had a lovely family holiday at Duja Didim. The resort is nice, well maintained and clean, with very good food and plenty of choice.
We had an issue with our room on arrival, but the night manager was very kind and helpful and arranged a new room for us, which we were very happy with.
The animation team were amazing and very friendly. Our children loved the kids club, pools and slides, so I would definitely recommend this resort for families. I also used the hairdresser and the gentleman who did my hair was extremely kind and really tried his best.
The only negative was the reception. When we approached them for help, we often found them annoyed, unhelpful and sometimes rude. We don’t feel the need to mention names, but one person was particularly rude to us and later apologised which we appreciated.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday.
Great time at Duja
Hotel was family friendly, animation team was AMAZING. Really good with the children and had fun activities on the night time.
Noise
For two out of the ten nights, music from the neighboring cafe blasted until 3 AM, and reception only offered excuses. The Wi-Fi is unreliable. I also strongly advise against booking excursions with Fun & Sun — out of a 10-hour tour, you'll spend only about 1–1.5 hours at the actual sights. The rest of the time is spent being driven around to pointless souvenir shops, and you'll have to wait for a bus that's up to 1.5 hours late.

We stayed at Duja Didim the entertainment team where brilliant kept the whole family fit for the two weeks!
A great family holiday!
A great family holiday - good food, staff are brilliant and very attentive and the kids loved the on site waterpark. Also very easy to visit Altinkum, would definitely recommend.
