Food average, both me & my husband was ill from the food, Italian a la carte lovely Room not cleaned when I left clean room sign on, she made bed, changed towels & went & I had to constantly ask for room refreshments when we were ill in bed from there food, eventually I complained to the rep who had it cleaned in evening & refreshments sent to our room. Water park lovely, rooms nice. Bus into town & markets only 40 lira We did enjoy ourselves other than both being ill for a couple days

1st holiday in turkey
Only issues we have had is no iron or ironing board in room but there is ironing service, pools are good but only one depth in large pool. Animation team are great. Housekeeping are great. Restaurant serves a good variety of food I would recommend for families.

Where do I start?

Village family room is tiny. No storage at all for clothes. As a family of 4, we lived out of our bags for a week.

Housekeeping are great - they come daily, but only fill up the fridge once during your stay.

Main buffet restaurant is chaos - no other word for it. Too busy with no system in place to manage queues and just so many people charging and barging past. Genuinely feared for my 6 year old being stampeded on at one point.

Food is the same every night and most of it is bland.

The Italian à la carte restaurant is genuinely worse than the main buffet. Menu is very small and not at all child friendly, which is surprising for a supposedly family oriented hotel.

Again, chaos to find a sunbed. Signs everywhere to say any beds reserved before 8:30am will be dealt with - towels will be removed. In the week we were here in July, this was not enforced.

The waterpark is brilliant for the kids. We didn’t try and get a sunbed there as there weren’t that many when we went down compared to other areas. The few times we went down, some of the slides were closed due to the wind.

The beach is not sand - just bear in mind that swim shoes will be needed due to stones.

If you want to go to an evening show (starting at 9:30pm), you need to get there about an hour before to get a table at peak times.

It’s great that there are small pools dotted about. It has a village vibe which is a good layout.
We had two days out of the hotel and they were the best days we had.
We had a good time, but we made do with what we had. I would not spend another few grand coming back here again though.
Amazing
Spent 10 days here and enjoyed every minute! Staff are all lovely and can’t do enough for you. food is very nice and there’s plenty choice, kids were always entertained.
