Fabulous family resort. Gorgeous views everywhere you turn. Plenty to do for all ages. Highly recommend checking out the sailor bar, friendly service and great sunset views.
We had an amazing holiday at Hotel Aquasis, and one of the biggest reasons was the fantastic entertainment team. A huge thank you to Mimi, Bugra, Rado, Ragnar, Anita, and Jho, who made every day so much fun with their energy kindness, and enthusiasm They worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was included and having a great time, whether it was during the daytime activities or the evening entertainment They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel so welcome. They truly helped make our holiday unforgettable, and we can't thank them enough We hope to see them all again on our next visit!
We spent 10nights staying in the lake rooms. Rooms were beautiful and slept a family of 4. One on a pull out bed. One of the best all inclusives we have been to. There was always something different to eat in the main dining area. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the staff work incredibly hard. The onsite jewellery shop is amazing. We made a few great purchases there. A massive thank you to our two favourite barmen Kemal Kilic and Enes yorğuner. They were always full of fun and the service they provided is totally unmatched. My children really looked forward to seeing them everyday. Thank you. You really made our holiday. These guys are a credit to the hotel. We are not people that like to go to the same hotel twice but we will absolutely return here in the future
Very honest review…… not a terrible holiday but this hotel is in no way a 5*
Facilities- beautiful hotel. Lovely pools and garden areas. Hotel its self is lovely and really well kempt.
Rooms- very small for 4 people and 4th bed is an uncomfortable sofa bed. Room cleaning was poor, our balcony wasn’t swept during our entire stay and mirrors/patio doors were covered in finger prints when we arrived and remained throughout our stay. Bed were +++ uncomfortable, even after we were given a topper which was a folded duvet! We were in a lake room which was nice and quiet and view was beautiful!
Food: No complaints with the food, always found something everyone liked. Snack bags were great also, plenty selection at all times. Service in the dining rooms was poor at times, not enough of them to go round all the tables so they weren't cleared efficiently. Drinks orders were often wrong as the staff were just too busy. À la Cart Mexican was beautiful! We visited the Italian during the day and didn’t like this at all so glad we didn’t use this as our selection.
Flies everywhere in the hotel! In the rooms, dining rooms and around the pool! Drove me insane!
Subbed wars not as bad as other hotels I’ve stayed at but if you need a bed beside the pool to supervise kids you do need to be down before 7am! Slides were amazing, kids loved them. No lifeguards at the main pool which is unusual. Pools were beautiful, as were the swim up pools at the lake rooms. These were good to retreat to in the afternoon when looking to relax. Beach area is absolutely beautiful! It’s sharp stoney sand so swim shoes recommended but it’s beautiful, especially at night!
Entertainment was hit and miss. Not enough of them for a hotel this size. Weren't very interactive with guests! They went round twice with a cocktail trolley thing and only asked one side of the sun-beds! Kids disco not on until 9pm so there’s a big space to fill “ likely so everyone will use the little cars that must make them an absolute bomb!” The bar at the entertainment is a cupboard with a hatch so the queue is ridiculous at breaks.
Overall we did enjoy our stay and would return if the price was right but it was in no way worth what we paid and is certainly nowhere near a 5*.
Just finished an amazing stay at Aquasis and honestly couldn’t fault it whatsoever.
The hotel is spotless from top to bottom and you can tell the staff work incredibly hard to keep everything looking perfect. Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful, from reception to the restaurant and bar staff, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.been some places where some staff are (understandably) a bit fed up or rude and there was not one example of this in our stay.
The food was one of the biggest surprises. Plenty of choice at every meal, always fresh, and even after a couple of weeks we were still finding different things to try. The drinks were great too, with good spirits , a few premium brands and cocktails that were actually made properly.
The pools are brilliant, especially if you’ve got kids, not too deep loads of shapes and channels.
There was always something going on without it feeling too noisy, and we never struggled to find somewhere to relax. The beach is lovely as well, with clear water and plenty of sunbeds. Lifeguards all really friendly I’ve found they can be a bit moody/jobby in some places
The entertainment in the evenings was great fun and there was always something happening around the resort during the day if you wanted to get involved.
It seems silly to single anyone out from the animation team as they were truly all great HOWEVER I could not possibly not give a special mention to Rado, Mitchell, Larry and especially TYGA who made my very very hyperactive little girls stay a thousand times better. So caring and attentive and genuine with her. It was great to see, and seemed to be the same for all the other kids too. I dont get when they sleep they’re about from 8am til way after midnight 🤣
It’s the only place we have ever stayed we would without a shadow of a doubt return to.
