Another amazing vist
Our 9th visit to this amazing hotel and again another fantastic holiday with great friends we have met over the years. Speaks volume with the amount of people that return year after year. Food was good as always and we found the restaurant a lot less manic this year. We had our a la carte visits at the Sakura and once again the service was 110%. A lovely relaxing day at the cabanas - a must whilst you are there. Rooms cleaned daily Not one fault with this hotel, staff always working hard, always spotless. Love the new added extras daily too Entertainment team friendly as ever a special shout out this year to Tiger, such full of life and a pleasure to speak to Will not be out last visit

Brilliant
For anyone worried about the food or music around the pools - ignore them and let them enjoy their retirement home and McDonald’s at home! My first visit to Turkey with 3 other friends for a birthday, and it won’t be my last. I was sceptical to book as I’ve stayed in 4 stars in Crete and have been disappointed, but I needn’t have worried. We stayed in a swim up room, which was spacious and always clean. If we ran out of something, we’d call reception and within 5 minutes they’d be there. Pools - were a little on the cold side but it is Sept. There is a slightly heated one next to the large slides. Always plenty of sunbeds too, no sunbed wars. They have music all day and activities, darts, water polo etc. Food - 2 snack areas, 1 by the beach and 1 next to the pool. Always plenty of food available and what I tried was all nice. Buffet restaurant - food was always nice. A sushi part, children’s section and an array of dishes. Soup was always lovely. There’s so much choice! The patisserie do a lovely coffee and cakes/cookies on an afternoon too. À la carte - we had the Italian which was nice. Drinks - the cocktails at the pool bar weren’t the best but we found the lakeside bar and sailors which were lovely. Entertainment next to the pool bar was good as was the pool party on a Monday.
I’ve enjoyed it that much, I’m booking for next year with the kids instead of friends.

Stayed here for the first time, definitely didn't disappoint. The food is amazing, staff is brilliant and so clean. Cannot fault the staff at all nothing is never to much. Also the best hotel entertainment team I've ever stayed at. They are all so friendly and my little boy took a shine to Tiger who will have a very close part of our heart. He made us feel so welcome and part of his team ❤️

Fantastic hotel, fantastic food, fantastic entertainment, fantastic staff. Probably the most important things for us was how brilliant the entertainment team are, going to name a few of the outstanding ones are, Rado - such an amazing entertainer with a fantastic personality, Ragnar again brilliant, Tiger - the newest addition to the team has such an amazing talent and personality for a young lad, Anita is such a beautiful person inside and out. Jhoi, again such a cracking lad for his age, I could go on and on. They are all a credit to the hotel. Regarding the entertainment, good shows, for us this year the best ones were the African show, where my heart was in my mouth at the end and the Brazilian show which was then carried over to the party night at the beach bar. This hotel is so good that we have already booked for next year.

Amazing
We travelled here as a family of 3 with our 6 year old. Upon arrival staff were friendly and took us to our room where we were very impressed with the lake house deluxe swim up suite. Nice and spacious and clean.
Food - we couldn’t fault the food here , there is plenty of choice in the buffet at all meal times. Food was always hot and the staff work continuously hard to make sure that nothing ever runs out. Waiting staff and cleaners always on top of everything. Snack bar food - jacket potatoes , hot dogs. Burgers , fried chicken , chips , salad , Turkish pizza , etc , - we would eat here for lunch and sometimes a snack whilst the evening entertainment on - food always hot and again cleaners working constantly in the area. Ice cream bar by the main pool - great for kids and tasty ice cream. We only ate once at an à la carte and that was at lunchtime at the Italian where they do delicious chicken noodles and pizzas were good too.
Beach - We never had a problem finding a sunbed no matter what time of the day we arrived. Clear water and fine shingle sand , with a beach bar serving drinks. You can walk out quite far and the water is relatively shallow. There are water sports at the beach which we found particularly pricey.
Pools - We spent most of our time around the kids slide pool which was perfect for our 6 year old and is situated next the to kids club , park and big slide area. We always found a bed or made our own area with one or two spare beds if we arrived later in the day. Occasionally there was an incident where the pool had to be closed due to poo in the pool but that is down to parenting not the hotel! When staff were informed they would instantly close it off for the day to clean it which a lot of people would grumble about but it isn’t the hotels fault , it’s the parents not providing the correct swim nappies !
The main slides were a hit too we had great fun on them , from what I remember it’s a minimum height of 120cm to go on them. Lifeguards always attending the slides too.
The main pool area was also good , we found the pool next to the slides warmer than the one by the pool bar and where they had the music playing, but overall once your in it’s fine! The main pool area is very spacious.
Entertainment- I didn’t particularly rate the kids club my child went once and I found the staff didn’t speak very good English which for me was a little unsettling especially if leaving my child there however didn’t ruin anything just personal preference! Evening entertainment was amazing ! Couldn’t fault it , the kids mini disco at the amphitheatre was at 9pm every evening which we found perfect as there’s no rushed dinner time and the staff there were great with the kids , and then every evening after the disco there was a show of some kind we saw the African acrobats , Brazilian. Latin , circus - all of it was great and so much effort goes into it! There is also evening entertainment at the main pool bar too each evening. The amphitheater was nice and big too plenty of room With tables next to every chair and a bar at the top for convienience.
Rooms - our swim up room was cleaned daily and always replenished with the basic cosmetics and the mini bar was replenished daily at no extra cost.
CATS - if you like cats you’ll love it here, there are so many and all well looked after too - we did feed them daily and noticed others were too we particularly loved the big black cat who was a real character and owned the place ;). The staff at the shops at the hotel also always had a bowl of cat biscuits down which was nice to see.
SHOPS - There is a jewellers, tattoo shop, bag shop, shoe shop , hair salon , mini supermarket and souvenir shop at the hotel too. Prices were relatively expensive but we didn’t find time to go to the local market where I believe they were cheaper but still if your happy to pay then plenty there.
In the evening there are so mini ride on cars that light up and you can go round the resort paths on them too which seemed to be very popular they were £15 for 30 mins.
Excursions - after joining the Facebook group for the hotel and reading recommendations we decided to book two trips with local companies other than the tour operators as they were less than half the cost ! We did a jeep safari water fight tour which was great fun - £90 for the whole day for the 3 of us including lunch. We also did the family fun boat ( paradise boat I think ) through IMX tours which cost £50 for the 3 of us for the whole day again including lunch , they pick you up and it’s a 5 minute drive to the harbour and you stop off at 5 different bays for a swim which was beautiful ! Would highly recommend for the money! I think I’ve covered most things I can remember but I would 100% come back to Aquasis, it really did tick all the boxes for us! Please go and experience for it yourself and do not be put off by bad reviews :)
