Everything about this Hotel is really good. Staff and animation team excellent. Only down side is that they don’t cater much for the British. It’s all Turkish based. ( yes we in Turkey but that’s my opinion). Go into town and it’s brilliant.
We want to thank all of the staffs who made our holiday fabulous first our room number was 1436 it was a bit far from the main pool and hard to walk because i had a bad leg injury so we asked the reception staffs to change our room closer to the pool area so thanks to melissa (the northern girl)helping us to change our room to 1702 and the bellboys who helped us either our luggage’s the staffs who cleaned our room we want to thank them all so much they are so polite and they try their best to speak english with us god bless them all the foods are so delicious the only thing what made our holiday a bit sad was the weather and the sea was so cold but nothing we could do about that so maybe next time also we want to thank the guest relations for sending fruit plate to our room. All the best anadolu hotels thank you
Holiday was good value for money as was a lot cheaper than other half term holidays. Hotel was nice and clean, the rooms though are extremely dated. Walls paper thin, could literally hear every conversation through the walls. Not many British at the hotel and the food was definitely more for the Turkish/Russians but we didn’t go hungry. Pool bar staff were great Overall a nice place but more 3 star and would not recommend due to the room quality and food choices.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff in all departments were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality and service. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon. 5-star experience!
We had a really great stay in this lovely hotel. Great value for money, very helpful and professional staff, great animation team and some really good shows. The rooms were fine, we were in one of the little villas and it was really nice and comfortable. The lady who makes the omelettes and gozleme was ace, so lovely and friendly!
We had our daughter with us and she was never bored, she spent some time at the end of our fortnight in the mini club and wished she had spent more time as Sonja was so great with them. We stayed until the last day the hotel was open so it was very quiet by the end but they still made sure to have a good selection of meal choices.
The beach area was beautiful, the pool was great - for an affordable family getaway it was perfect.
My only bit of constructive feedback would be that the music around the pool could have maybe been a bit quieter and more varied.
Thank you! :)
