An Beautiful Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had such a wonderful and memorable experience at Hillstone Hotel & Spa in Bodrum. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and peaceful, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and welcome from the moment you arrive.
I was travelling alone, and one of the things I appreciated most was how incredibly safe and comfortable I felt throughout my entire stay. As a solo female traveller, feeling secure and well looked after is especially important to me, and this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
I was also fortunate enough to be given a gorgeous room with breathtaking views of the sea and Bodrum Castle. Waking up to such a spectacular view every morning was an absolute dream and made my stay even more special.
What truly made my experience exceptional, however, was the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care of the staff
I would especially like to thank Damla at reception, who was so lovely, welcoming, and helpful.
A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Cevriye from Guest Relations, who was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible experience. She took the time to help me find the perfect room that suited my personal preferences, assisted me with numerous arrangements and requests throughout my stay, and was always incredibly attentive, patient, and willing to help.
Cevriye’s dedication, warmth, and genuine desire to make guests happy are truly outstanding. She made everything feel effortless and ensured that I could simply relax and enjoy my holiday. Her exceptional level of service made such a difference to my experience, and I am genuinely grateful for everything she did for me.
Both Damla and Cevriye are a real credit to the hotel, and Cevriye in particular deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality and personal attention. It is wonderful to meet people who genuinely care about their guests and go that extra mile to make their stay unforgettable.
The combination of beautiful surroundings, stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional personal service in restaurants and cleaning ladies made my visit truly special

TERRIBLE
I would like to remind you—for the second time—that during our stay at the hotel, a branded gold bracelet was stolen from our room. We contacted the hotel, but their response was extremely unhelpful.
Disappointing end to the holiday.
My friend and I recently stayed at Hillstone Hotel and Spa, Bodrum and had a lovely holiday in this lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. As the name suggests it sits on a hill and this may prove difficult for those who are not mobile or have any health issues. We managed to walk into town though decided returning by taxi was best. We were full board and the food was good though if staying for longer would perhaps tire of the same menu. Cats did roam around whilst eating which was off-putting. Our main grievance was that arriving late we found our room was located on the lower ground, having to climb down stairs to get to it and the shower was over the bath which was not ideal. We stayed in this room for the first night and we were given another room though didn’t have a great view. When it was time to vacate we realised that we had left our jackets we wore on arrival had been hung up in the wardrobe in the first room. We obviously informed reception who said they would ask housekeeping. Unfortunately they said they were not found. We presumed that the items would have been found when the room was checked for the new occupants. It was the lack of concern that was very disappointing.
Lovely hotel ruined with very loud music
We stayed in this hotel in September. Our room was spacious and had lots of storage and was kept immaculately clean and well supplied with towels throughout. Breakfast and lunch were enjoyable. However the evening meal was, at best, ‘ordinary’ - but it by, for the most part, it was poor. The staff at this hotel - especially the waitresses were absolutely lovely - a pleasure to be around. A very special shout out to Kader - always ready with a lovely smile and always keen to go the extra mile. However, the main problem was the incredibly loud music around the pool. It was unbearable. We couldn’t hear our own music through our AirPods at times! Complaints were made by us and others and were ignored. Loud music continued in the evenings with a “DJ”. As soon as she started - we beat a hasty retreat. No wonder the bar is largely empty. When we visited I would say most people were older - this sort of “boom boom” music was entirely inappropriate and this fact alone will, sadly, stop us returning. Such a shame.
