This luxurious family-friendly beach hotel caters both for leisure and business travellers alike and counts with a magnificent position on Turkey's Mediterranean coastline. This impressive resort hotel is within easy reach from Alanya's town centre at 20 kilometres away, where guests will find a great offer of trendy shops, and Manavgat and its waterfall at 35 kilometres. The property has its own beach and impressive swimming pool facilities with 7 water slides and an indoor heated pool. Guests can also relax at the on-site spa and taste exquisite delicacies at the several on-site restaurants. Guest rooms are well-equipped and offer a modern and cosy style to make visitors feel at ease. Our facility's hall, where three different groups can have meetings, presents a variety of opportunities for events like meetings & conference organizations, dealers meeting, motivational events and weddings. Hall Equipments: Sound system, Wireless Internet, Whiteboard, DVD Player, TV, Laptop, Laser Pointer, Projector, Printer. The animation which starts in the morning with pool events last all day long. The shows taking place at the amphi-theatre entertain you at night, each night with a diffrent event. Game Cente, pool, table soccer , kids games, sports, gym, gymnastics, aerobics, pilates, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, pool games, darts, water sports with and without motor vehicles. Indoors kids club consist an area of 2500 m2. There are exclusive rooms for children of 4-12 ages offering special animation shows, mini clubs, sleeping & resting rooms. Playgrounds, amusement center, and pool for kids club offer alternative entertainment for kids. When requested private babysitting service is also offered for children of 0-3 ages. Excellent week at hotel. Room serviced every day. Plenty of amenities at hotel. Perfect resort to take kids. Food quality and choice 5 star.

Lovely hotel in itself . Entertainment team fantastic , especially waterpolo lads. Sunbeds situation is great compared to other hotels we have visited . Sunloungers still available at beach pools until about 10 . Majority of night entertainment great , but it is very late at 10:15 for young kids. Chicken corner food AMAZING! Food at beach pools also good choice and fresh .
Lady who does the mickey pancakes special for the kids in the morning is a pleasure . Main restaurant , food it's self has a good selection . Can always find something tasty aslong as your willing to try new things . Gozleme by the beach bar are very good and the lady serving also LOVELY ! Cleaner does a fantastic job daily , and kept the kids entertained with daily towel art.
Now the bad parts , mostly other guests .... The dining hall on an evening is HECTIC to say the least unless your there for opening . Even then can be challenging . Huge queues and difficult to get a seat. A lot of the guests especially the Turkish guests are very rude , push in queues no matter how short or long. They clearly don't want the british here . There was even a physical fight around the pool which was started by a large turkish family . It was dealt with very well by hotel security but not at all what you want to witness . The pool bar is nice on an evening , staff friendly. But they do treat the Chinese boy also working with them as a slave which is sad.
The bell boy was great and friendly on arrival . The man behind the desk not so much and did not seem happy we did not upgrade to a sea view but we could not justify the cost . Room fine and fits our needs for a family of 4. Aircon is a life saver . Reached 39 degrees some days .
Big Kral trip was FANTASTIC , very short walk and a great day ! Booked through Tony Montana through FB and couldnt have been easier . Lift jackets for kids and adults if needed in the water , staff on the boat actually incredible and lunch was great.

Foam party was GREAT and also there was a day with dancers and breakdancing, gymnastics next to the pool which was good . Aqua gym daily again , great they are doing so much for the guests . Pool not freezing cold down by the beach , don't know what like up near the hotel . But lovely and refreshing ! Didn't try the Al la carte as so many negative reviews and menu VERY limited , especially with kids .
Probably a lot more to add but I'm just rambling now . Thank you for a great HOLIDAY !

AMAZING PLACE!
Hotel has a variety of activities for all ages, and family’s, The workers are always helpful, happy and accommodating, perfect for families. The buffet has a wide variety of food for all people and changes on a daily basis with enough to keep you full. This is my second year here and would highly recommend to anyone. The rooms have some of the best air con I’ve felt to the point your cold in the room but can adjust it yourself.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, very welcoming and supportive. Pool side entertainment is amazing!! Food decent, different everyday, good variety of food! Any issues with anything have been resolved very quickly and professionally!

Great hotel
We did the wrong thing and read reviews before we left… I can honestly say the bad reviews are so wrong about this hotel.
Okay yes it’s isolated, it takes 2 hours from the airport to get too! But honestly if you walk 10 mins either way from the hotel you arrive at shops and things to do, Alanya is only 30 mins down the road on the bus or taxi.
The hotel itself is vast, lots of space for everyone and lots of sunbeds, all the pools and water parks were well kept and clean (although one pool was closed for two days when wet were there - this did not effect the holiday as there is plenty of other pools).
We were lucky and our room had a pool and sea view, the rooms were well kept, tidy and always had clean towels. We were a family of four and only had two beds, so needed bedding for the sofa, this was brought upto our room for us and the bed was made up after we asked.
The staff, always polite when spoken too, I’ve seen reviews saying that the staff were rude, but I think if you speak to them properly they will respond properly.
We stuck around for some of the entertainment, which was great but tailored for Turkish / Russian guests more than English guests, what we could understand from the entertainments was great and got everyone involved and dancing.
The beach was nice, with its own “restaurant” and bar, lots of space on the trident and seating at the bar.
The only criticism’s we have is the noise from the road (likened to the M6 by us) the road is busy, with fright and “racers” equally making a lot of noise day and night, this couldn’t be heard from the room but was a bit of a shame during the day but eventually you blank it out.
The final one was the dining room, but mainly the people using it… the etiquette of some is lost, no queues, licking serving spoons and children running riot. The food was “okay” what you can expect from a large hotel.
We all loved the week away, very hot but well enjoyed.
