If you're thinking about staying at this hotel, I strongly recommend reconsidering. Based on my experience during my stay this summer, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

Here are the main reasons:

1. The food is terrible. There is almost no variety, and the same low-quality dishes are repeated throughout the buffet. The taste is awful and doesn't reflect the quality of Turkish cuisine at all. Some dishes were even undercooked, and the meat was as tough as rubber. This wasn't a one-time issue—it was the same during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

2. Reception is almost impossible to reach. Whenever you have a problem (and unfortunately, you probably will), don't expect anyone to answer your calls, whether it's during the day or at night.

3. The rooms look nothing like the photos. The furniture is old and worn out, and there appeared to be mold on the lower parts of the wooden furniture due to moisture. The promotional photos must have been taken many years ago.

4. I was given an accessible room without requesting one, even though I clearly didn't need it, and I wasn't offered any option to change it.

5. Wi-Fi is not included. Despite the hotel advertising itself as all-inclusive, you have to pay a daily fee to use the Wi-Fi.

6. Poor maintenance and customer service. When I first entered my room, the card slot that activates the electricity was broken. I called reception five times with no answer, so I had to go downstairs myself. When I asked why nobody answered the phone, the receptionist rudely replied, "I don't know."

7. The bathroom was in terrible condition. The bathroom door was broken—it only opened from the inside and wouldn't close properly. The maintenance worker seemed to know about the issue already. He made it open from both sides but admitted he couldn't make it close.

8. The towels were dirty and worn out. This applied to both the room towels and the pool towels, and some were even torn.

9. The reception area and room hallways were always extremely hot and humid.

10. The air conditioning broke down three times in just three days.

11. The electricity went out three times during my three-day stay.

12. The bathroom fixtures and finishing were of very poor quality.

13. Most of the staff were rude whenever you asked for assistance.

14. There aren't enough sunbeds around the pool. Unless you reserve one around 8:00 AM, you probably won't find any available for the rest of the day.

15. The food deserves to be mentioned again because it was consistently terrible at every meal.

16. The main swimming pool closes at 7:00 PM, even though the sun doesn't set until around 9:00 PM during summer.

17. The aqua park closes at 4:30 PM, which is far too early.

18. The aqua park is poorly managed. One of the slides requires inflatable tubes, yet there were only three tubes available for what seemed to be around 500 guests.

19. The elevators are constantly out of service. The hotel has six elevators, but at least three were broken at any given time, and on some days, five were out of order.

20. The hotel is in poor overall condition. Broken walls and damaged finishes can be seen throughout the property, including inside the guest rooms.

Final verdict:

This hotel is simply not suitable for a relaxing holiday. It honestly feels like it should have been closed for a full renovation instead of continuing to accept guests. In my opinion, management chose to keep selling rooms using outdated promotional photos rather than investing in improving the property.

I do not recommend this hotel at all.

If you're looking for an alternative in a similar price range, consider Xafira Deluxe Resort & Spa, which is located right behind this hotel and appears to be a much better option.

The hotel is large, with spacious rooms and a big pool area. The staff were friendly, and there was a wide selection of food, although much of it was bland and often consisted of turkey. At first glance, the resort looks appealing, but unfortunately there are many issues beneath the surface. A clear warning to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday: choose another hotel. The biggest problem is the noise. Extremely loud music is played every day from around 9:00 a.m. until midnight. This is not background music—it is so loud that it can actually hurt your ears and dominates the entire resort. Relaxing by the pool, enjoying your balcony, or getting to sleep before the entertainment ends is simply impossible. It is also difficult to understand how such high noise levels are considered acceptable in a family resort where so many young children are present. Smoking is another major issue. Guests smoke almost everywhere—around the pools, near the children's pool, on the outdoor restaurant terraces and around the lobby. Finding a smoke-free area is nearly impossible. Many guests also threw cigarette butts on the ground and flicked ash directly onto the tiled areas around the pool. As a result, the pool area rarely felt clean or inviting. Pots used as ashtrays were overflowing with cigarette butts, ash and rubbish, and litter from the previous evening was often still there the next morning. The elevators are another major problem. The hotel simply has far too many guests for its elevator capacity. If you stay on one of the upper floors, expect very long waits, especially at breakfast, dinner and in the evenings. The elevators were often already full when they arrived—or they simply never seemed to come. The hotel's All Inclusive concept is also misleading. Wi-Fi is not included and must be purchased separately for each individual device. Even worse, the advertised prices in euros did not match what we were actually charged in Turkish lira. Based on the exchange rate used by the hotel, we ended up paying around 30% more than the displayed euro price. There are several other extra charges that further undermine the "All Inclusive" concept. Fresh orange juice costs extra, children do not receive complimentary ice cream and instead have to buy it from the hotel shop, and the à la carte restaurant is only included if you meet certain stay requirements. Otherwise, you have to pay extra to dine there. Calling this "All Inclusive" is, in our opinion, misleading. The children's playground is small, worn out and uninspiring. The "fitness center" is practically non-existent, consisting of just a few old machines, including two manual curved treadmills, a couple of exercise bikes and a basic weight station. If staying active is important to you, you will be disappointed. Communication was also difficult because many staff members—including at the reception—spoke very limited English. Meals were often crowded and chaotic, with an enormous amount of food waste, creating a stressful rather than enjoyable dining experience. Overall, this hotel may suit guests looking for loud entertainment and a lively atmosphere. However, if you are looking for peace, relaxation, cleanliness, a genuine All Inclusive experience and a good night's sleep, I cannot recommend this hotel. For us, this was one of the most stressful hotel stays we have experienced, and we will not be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
