Service: bar tender says the following to a hotel guest who does not understand the Turkish language: "ben çok sıkıldım sizden" meaning " I am so fed up with you guys". Only 1 person of the reception who carries all luggages, guides you to your room + all cleaning staff are very nice. Cleaning personel do their jobs very well and always with a smile. The waiters in the restaurant are only helpfull when you give them a tip. Accomodation is very much 'outdated' and needs complete renovation ASAP! Very thin walls: you can hear everything from your neighbours. We very much doubt if some of the food is prepared fresh on a daily basis. Meals are not warm served. Many new hotel guests are offered to go to another Eftalia hotel for an upgrade with additional cost.

Fantastic hotel! (Area Can be a bit expensive)
Hotel was amazing pool and facilities are great for families, Seyhmus Ozgun (waiter) is superb! Fantastic and truly cares!

Food was ok, room was nice and clean, good drinks and atmosphere and the island is amazing highly recommend. Island entertainment team is perfect!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE
well we’re to start with this place was looking forward to it despite the reviews went with an open mind the village is spotless the cleaners are fabulous the entertainment staff except burak were invisible he was a good laugh and made an effort . the food was repetitive and most of the time stinking except the island for lunch had a good variety the fact you had to pay for orange juice for breakfast at an all inclusive is laughable the drinks even although we don’t really drink is a shambles the beer tasted like dish wash and i am partial to a efes in turkey the lion excursion is just a money making a scheme DO NOT USE YOUR CARD THERE IS A SERIOUS CHARGE AT THE ZOO if it wasn’t for Rüzgar Cafe&Bar&Restaurant my daughter wouldn’t have eat can’t recommend them enough . so all in all will not be bk and the reviews really lived upto what people were saying
Great cheeky week
We booked for a cheeky week as we have booked main holiday for October this year. We had been to Eftalia Spkash a couple of years ago which wasn’t the best especially food and drink, this was the complete opposite as the food and drink were spot on. Rooms were clean and big enough but WiFi a bit hit and miss. Burak was great especially for the darts which we did twice a day (€900 was my nickname) The island is a short walk away and is great for dinner/lunch as food also good quality All the staff work hard snd impressive high standards. I had a leg injury and the lifeguard and Dr were brilliant, even though I was taken to a private hospital for stitches hence my nickname €900 instead of a local hospital Outside the hotel area is safe and shops and restaurants all good prices
