Our hotel is 18 km from the pearl of the Mediterranean; Alanya,. It is in the Türkler district, famous for its sand and pebble beaches , 5 km to the center of Avsallar and Konaklı, 90 km to the Antalya airport, 60 km to the Gazipaşa Airport.
Our hotel, which will open in 2017, consists of 5 storey main building on 60.000 m2 area and swimup rooms with direct pool connection. Our facility has 682 rooms. All of our rooms are decorated with modern furnishings, with everything our guests could need for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday.
You can have cool atmosphere every morning with our daily breakfast buffet service and enjoy fresh seafood and local dishes in our restaurants, We offer refreshing drinks and snacks in the bars.
You can make your holiday enjoyable together with delicious food in1 Main Restaurant and 4 A'la Carte Restaurants; Ottoman Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Asian Cuisine

Worst all inclusive rip of hotel
Eftalia Ocean – Honest Review
Just back from Eftalia Ocean and wanted to leave an honest review as I know a lot of families are thinking of booking.
We waited about 45 minutes for our bags at the airport, then had a 2-hour transfer with a 10-minute stop along the way. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 1am.
Check-in was really quick and the young staff working that night were absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful, even brought our bags to the room.
Food
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very good. Plenty of choice and the quality of the meat was really good, although some of the food could be a bit bland.
The restaurant was spotless, honestly couldn’t fault the cleanliness anywhere in the hotel. It’s one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in.
Drinks were disappointing though. In the restaurants and most of the pool bars it was mainly beer and wine. Fresh orange juice was €2 extra.
Pools and Slides
Can’t fault these at all. Pools were lovely, slides were brilliant and everything was kept really clean. Definitely the best part of the hotel.
Extras, Extras and More Extras!
This is what really annoyed me. For somewhere that claims to be 5-star all-inclusive, you seem to have to pay for absolutely everything!
Ice cream cones €6 each, kids’ ride-on carts €10, soft play €10, candyfloss and slush drinks €5–€6. Even painting a T-shirt in the kids’ club was €13.
There is free ice cream between 12 and 2, but the choice was very limited. Two options, one with nuts and a Twister.
And the man serving the ice cream was honestly the most ignorant man I’ve ever come across. Sitting in his chair smoking most of the time and shouting at people. Absolutely no manners whatsoever.
Entertainment
The worst entertainment I’ve ever experienced on holiday, and I’m not exaggerating.
One night we had a Michael Jackson show, but apart from that it was really poor.
We had 3 days of awful weather, which obviously isn’t the hotel’s fault, but they cancelled everything and made absolutely no effort to put anything else on for families.
No indoor activities, no backup plan and no communication about what was happening. Everyone was just left to find something to do.
For a hotel full of families and children, I think that’s really poor.
Kids’ Club
Wouldn’t rate this at all. They wanted €13 for the kids to paint a T-shirt, and if you didn’t want to pay for that, they didn’t seem interested.
Very little effort made with the children. I expected so much more from a family hotel.
Rooms and Staff
Our room was lovely and really clean. Most of the staff were fantastic, really friendly and hardworking. I can’t fault the majority of them.
The cleanliness throughout the whole hotel was honestly 10/10.

Overall
Would I go back? Absolutely not.
I know some people love this hotel and that’s fair enough, but for us it was a massive disappointment.
The hotel itself is lovely, the pools are brilliant and it’s spotless, but that’s not enough when you’ve paid a lot of money for a family holiday.
The entertainment was terrible, the kids’ club was a waste of time and everything seemed to cost extra.
I don’t expect everything in life to be free, but when you’ve already paid for a 5-star all-inclusive holiday, you shouldn’t be constantly paying out for things, especially with kids.
And before anyone says anything about the weather, I know the hotel can’t control that. But they can control what they offer families when it rains, and they offered absolutely nothing.
In my opinion this is not a 5-star hotel and it’s definitely not a proper all-inclusive.
The biggest letdown for me was the value for money. We paid for a 5-star family holiday and that’s not what we got.
Honestly, save your money and go to Spain. I certainly won’t be returning to Eftalia Ocean.

The worst hotel ever!!!!!
Worst hotel ever, rude staff, rowdy drunks, food vile.
Extremely disappointing- Would not return
Extremely disappointing holiday, would not return.
We have been so looking forward to going home after what has been a very disappointing experience at Eftalia Ocean. Unfortunately, this hotel has left me feeling exhausted, frustrated and counting down the days until we could leave.
We visited last year and feel as though the hotel has gone significantly downhill.
The biggest issue has been the constant noise. The music around the amphitheatre and island entertainment areas gets progressively louder as the night goes on, continuing until the early hours of the morning. Sleep has been severely affected, and when you’re on holiday with children, getting proper rest is essential. We came away to relax and enjoy family time, not to spend our holiday exhausted from a lack of sleep.
The food in the main restaurant was repetitive and of poor quality. The restaurant was extremely busy, and the overall experience was unpleasant. The food certainly wasn’t what we expected from an all-inclusive resort and we spent a fortune eating out due to this.
Another major frustration was the constant pressure from staff trying to sell additional extras. Whether it was cocktails, massages, photographs or T-shirts, we felt pestered every single day. You couldn’t properly relax without someone approaching you to spend more money multiple times a day. For an all-inclusive holiday, it felt as though everything came at an additional cost.
We were also disappointed to discover that spirits were no longer available at the Jet2 bar by the amphitheatre like you could previously. This was another aspect of the holiday that did not meet our expectations and we felt as though lots of cut backs were made to save money.
What made matters worse was the way complaints were handled. We raised concerns about the excessive noise with management multiple times, but we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously. When guests are losing sleep night after night, the least they should expect is for management to listen. I did not expect the music to stop, just to be turned down slightly, as it was so loud and got louder and louder the later it got. It even woke my husband up multiple times and he can sleep through anything!
An all-inclusive family holiday should provide a comfortable environment where families can relax, enjoy decent food and get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.
We understand that a lively resort will have entertainment and music, but there is a difference between having a fun atmosphere and having noise that continues into the early hours, leaving guests more exhausted than before they came.
Overall, we would not return to Eftalia Ocean and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday. The constant noise, poor food, pushy sales tactics and disappointing response from management completely overshadowed the positives.
We have spent far too much of our holiday feeling frustrated and looking forward to going home. We should be leaving with lovely family memories, not feeling relieved that our holiday is over.
Our advice: think carefully before booking here.
