unConnect Eftalia Marin is located 5 km from Konakli, 18 km from Alanya, 62 km from Alanya-Gazipaşa Airport and 105 km from Antalya Airport. Marin is the new addition in Eftalia Group opened Summer 2014.
Directly connected to Eftalia Island – our new beach area. It is the largest beach area along the Mediterranean Sea with pools, large entertainment area, aquapark, children area, bars and variety of entertainment programs for all ages.
In total there are 491 Rooms combined in 2 buildings plus 3 Swim Up Buildings with private pool access. (243 Standardrooms, 175 Familyrooms with 2 Rooms, 56 Duplex Swim Up Rooms, 12 Standard Swim Up Rooms and 5 Handicap Rooms)

Awful hotel - at most a 3 star
Hotel is a dive. Not a 5 star by any stretch of the imagination. The outdoor pools were freezing. The indoor pool was filthy with mould on the tiles and loose tiles and debris on the pool floor. The walk way to the slides was filthy and stunk of sewage. The staff weren’t accommodating at all. They whipped all the trays of food away right in front of me whilst standing holding my baby who was in need of lunch. They told me it was 2pm and the lunch was shut. The room was very basic with cracked tiles and a shower that leaked and sprayed water all over the floor. I reported the issues to both easyJet and the hotel but no one was interested. Delighted to be home.
Issues:
- The hotel would be lucky to receive 3 stars let alone 5
- Competitors including jet 2 and tui rate this hotel as 3 and 4 stars respectively. EasyJet dupe its customers into thinking they will get a 5 star experience.
- Hotel was very tired and dated.
- Reception manager was unwilling to help
- Rooms are very noisy due to very long corridors
- Broken shower in room
- Very limited fresh fruit available at the buffet
- No non sugar drinks available for kids
- Very limited alcoholic drinks available - wine, beer or 2 hideous high sugar bright green or blue cocktails.
- Very unhealthy snack food available - none of which is suitable for healthy kids and babies - pizza, chips, spicy pasta.
- Kids buffet served the same tomato sauce and pasta every lunch and dinner. Sausages on offer were cheap off cuts of meat.
- The master chef section of the restaurant wss a joke, serving hotdog with broccoli dor breakfast and baked potato with hot dog and cheese for dinner
- The 2 hour window for ice cream for the kids was very limiting
- The tunnel walk way to the slides was filthy and stunk of sewage
- Indoor pool wss filthy with mouldy tiles and rubble snd lose tiles on the pool floor
- The spa did not change towels between guests - I watched as the masseuse folded up my towels and reused them for the next guest
- Coffee on offer was cheap machine coffee
- Pretty much everything on offer was at an extra charge, despite being all inclusive plus
- The outdoor pools are ice cold
- There is no swim up bar as advertised. It is a normal stand alone bar.
- Sun beds are not cleaned. We had chewing gum stuck to ours and the tables at the pools are filthy
- The cushions on the outdoor seating area are thread bare with cigarette holes all over them
- The public toilets had faeces smeared down the toilet roll holder - shows the standard of the clientele this place attracts.
- Kids club had a rotted floor with an uneven carpet which isn’t safe
- WiFi was poor
- Thumping music at the pools area - not at all suitable for kids or especially babies

Hotel has been great and animation team has been amazing thank you to bora for everything
Great Hotel
Hotel was great. Bora and rest of entertainment staff kept everyone upbeat and busy during some wet weather conditions.

Had a great time in the hotel, staff were very friendly and hotel extremely clean. Food was excellent and the entertainment were fantastic at making everything fun when the weather wasn’t so kind a couple of days, especially Bora and Jengus who where great with all the guests.
Misleading advertising and disappointing experience!
The hotel advertised huge water slides, but what a shock to discover the slides shown in the advertisement actually belonged to the hotel next door! The slides at our hotel were significantly smaller and nothing like what we were led to expect. This was particularly upsetting for our autistic daughter, who had built up expectations and experienced a meltdown when faced with the reality. To make matters worse, we also had to pay extra for ice creams, juice and snacks we expected to be included in the all-inclusive package. Absolutely misleading and disappointing. We work hard for our holidays and deserve honest advertising, not unpleasant surprises and unexpected expenses. Had we known the truth, we would not have booked this hotel.
