This is second time in this hotel we been here last year also hotel is little bit changed but the pool have be more bigger foods drinks are good personals are news but trying to do best entertainment team are amazing like last year full aktivities in morning and evening mini disco and shows parties games we enjoyed so much
Everything is good , the best hotel in Alanya a lot activities for people , sport and kids animation are very perfect , party and guest shows are so goood , food , beach , sea , more drinks and super animation and manager of animation is good see you soon we will be here back
Hotel on the beach, excellent food and kind and responsive stuff. Entertainment team is doing a great job. You can bring the food to the beach or in the room, which was not allowed in other hotels. Pool water was very clean and warm. Beach goes into shade early because of sunset, but you can move along the beach in front of other hotels. Sunbeds are too closed to each other, there is no space beetween. Seawater was about 30 degrees, mostly cloudly.
During our stay at the Krystal Hotel in Alanya, we became victims of theft, which occurred at least twice. We estimated our losses to be at least $150, though it’s possible that more was stolen. This situation caused us tremendous stress and completely ruined our vacation. After realizing that money was disappearing from our room, we installed a camera that recorded a hotel staff member searching through our belongings and stealing cash.
We reported the matter to our hotel representative and the hotel manager, expecting them to take responsibility. After long negotiations, we agreed that instead of filing an official police report, the hotel would compensate us with three extra nights at another hotel in the same chain and help us rebook our return flight. This was supposed to be compensation for the financial losses, wasted time, and stress we endured. However, when we arrived at the new hotel (also part of the Krystal chain but located far from Alanya), it turned out that the new manager had no intention of honoring these agreements. We were denied the extra nights, and the entire situation was nothing more than an attempt to get rid of us by transferring us to another hotel, hoping we wouldn’t continue pursuing the issue.
We feel manipulated and deceived. The hotel clearly expected that we wouldn’t want to return to Alanya because, under Turkish law, we can only file an official theft report in the city where the crime occurred. This means we couldn’t report it from the new hotel, which was located miles away from Alanya.
Nevertheless, we are not going to let this matter drop. In two hours, we will rent a car and return to Alanya to take official legal action. We will seek not only the recovery of the stolen $150 but also compensation for our ruined vacation, the stress, and the anxiety we’ve endured over the past few days.
Furthermore, when we return to Poland, we will make sure that this issue gets proper attention in the media. We will warn others about the behavior of this hotel chain and ensure that future guests are aware of the risk they are taking by staying at Krystal Hotels. What happened to us is unacceptable, and we will not let it go unnoticed.
They tried to manipulate us, hoping we wouldn’t pursue the case. Sending us to another hotel was just a tactic to avoid responsibility by the Krystal Hotel staff in Alanya. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive even a single extra night, despite the compensation agreement. Instead of relaxation, our vacation turned into a source of immense stress.
Most disturbingly, the hotel does not take responsibility for its own staff. Despite clear evidence of theft by a staff member, they refused to properly address the issue.
I urge all future guests to be extremely cautious, as the hotel staff takes no accountability, and any attempt to resolve problems is either dismissed or manipulated.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel and the chain it belongs to. Protect your belongings and find a better, more responsible place for your vacation.
Very dirty hotel, nobody cleaned the room for 3 days, nobody changed the towels during our 7 day stay. Public WC are awfull. Seaside - there is the plastic carpet to reach the sea The Pillows - worst in my experience. Food is good. And thats all.
