The hotel is located in in Avsallar area with a private beach, only 500 metres away (available shuttle service to beach every 15 min till 06:00 pm). It is only 1& half hours drive from Antalya Airport. This hotel was built in 2013 consisting of laminated-flooring 803 rooms, equipped with a balcony, 40'' LCD TV, safe, central air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath accessories. The hotel features unique and amazing pools which were designed in a way for all guests to enjoy and relax plus an indoor heated pool added for guest' comfort in cold weather. There is also a children pool located in the miniclub where parents can watch their kids at any time. Guests may energize for the day in the onsite gym or make use of the car hire service to explore the surrounding areas.

This hotel is dangerous. Fights break out over plates because there aren't enough tables. People fight over plates, even the waiters among themselves. There aren't enough tables to eat! Good luck getting a drink; expect a wait of over 30 minutes, no matter the time. They force guests to swim in a pool filthy with human excrement, thinking the barriers will prevent contamination of neighboring pools. They let people swim in the foam pool when a child vomits, claiming it won't be noticed! The food is very Asian, with fries served from morning until late. The plates and glasses are disgusting, the plastic cups smell musty, and the staff wash their hands on the ice cubes they put in guests' drinks! Room doors slam shut on their own, and because the walls are incredibly thin, as soon as someone speaks or goes to the bathroom, everything is overheard. And since many people are disrespectful, you'll sleep soundly knowing this little comment is helpful. Good luck! The receptionist is overwhelmed with complaints. Don't say anything if someone cuts in front of you; it's the custom. If you don't want to wait in line, just cut in front of everyone and tip the waiter; you'll be greeted with a smile and served quickly.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Worst hotel I've ever stayed at
AVOID THIS HOTEL! I don't normally review but I feel people should know how bad this hotel is before considering. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Its unbelievably dirty, the management & reception staff couldn't care less about you. The lady who works on the guest relations desk should be sacked she is so rude. My 17 year old daughter had a separate room. Upon arrival we noticed that the balcony door was broken. We complained loads but no-one came to look. When they eventually came we were told it was fine to sleep in even though it didnt close. They safe, fridge & phone didnt work in that room. Eventually they were moved but they were moved to a room where the toilet cistern was pouring out water. They were moved again but this time another guest was given the same room so they walked into the room whilst my daughter was in there. The rooms are barely cleaned & when you are given fresh towels they are dirty. There is only one bar open around the pool so getting drinks is impossible. The food is disgusting & the plates cutlery are always dirty. We were a party of 6 & trying to get a clean table for dinner was impossible. Most nights we had to clear our own table. They dont employ enough staff for the thousands of holiday makers they have. The Beach is the worst beach I've ever been to. It was so dirty & so much rubbish floating in the sea. We were there less than an hour & never went back. Around the pool is never cleaned & it smells so bad. The toilets around the pool aren't cleaned during the day either. The English rep for onthebeach was absolutely useless. He didnt help us & just fobbed us off. If you book through onthebeach make sure you complain. I complained & they refused compensation but upon reviewing pictures/videos I was granted 10% of my holiday back. Even the guest relations manager Özlem said it was her worst season working for that hotel. I would say this is a 2* hotel. I wouldn't waste your money of considering this hotel

Extremely disappointing experience – I do not recommend this hotel. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The reception service was exceptionally poor, and the staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, and far from professional. The housekeeping service was also extremely disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, and the overall standard of cleanliness was unacceptable. The room service was equally poor and did not meet even basic expectations. For the price paid, the level of service was completely unacceptable. A hotel should provide a clean room, professional staff, and decent customer service, but unfortunately, none of these expectations were met during my stay. I would strongly advise others to consider other options before booking this hotel. I personally would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel at all
Hotel is amazing
We had a wonderful wxperience at this hotel. Hotel was comfortable and well maintanied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel's facilities were excellent.
