I have been staying this hotel for 2 seasons. But it is the last one. I will never again
The sea is extremely dirty. Buggy feature is so bad. There were no people cleaning the seaside

Amazing Hotel with Super Cool Animation Team!
It's a great hotel, it's the 4th year in a row that we went to this hotel. We really like the service and especially the animation team. Firat, Muhammet and Tuncay were great at the animation of the beach volley ball. We also did the Airgun with Firat. Muhammet was always talking to us about football. Tuncay was playing with us Skip Bo. On top of that, they were always coming to talk to us and spend some time with us during the day and at night during the shows. They really offered us a great experience. Malika was also very sweet. All the waiters are very good, especially the ones at the beach, special mention to Bianca and Benvenido.

Overall amazing experience
I stay in Rooms 1531 and 1231 and we stayed from the 29th June to 7th July 2026 Room cleanliness is amazing and everything with the hotel was amazing with the activities, drinks and the overall service at the hotel was amazing. We were well looked after from the offset and felt at the top of the staff priorities the drinks food and everything were amazing. We were looked after by Cem from guest relations really went above board to help us with our reservations and made our last few days really special and went above and beyond to help us.
Mandarin Restaurant at Rixos Terikova
We have just had an amazing meal at Mandarin restaurant. The food was incredible and such wonderful service provided by Berndette. Thank you for such a memorable evening.
Amazing from day 1, can’t wait to come back.
Second holiday here, we never go to the same place twice…. We’re booking every year from now on. Well done team Rixos
