We love the Hotel. The kids had so much fun at the Rixy Club! Would always come here again!
Rixos experience
The hotel’s beach area, pool, and sun loungers have been renovated, it looks absolutely wonderful. I also learned that the restaurant area will be renovated within this year. I hope you will also renovate the rooms in the main building as soon as possible. 🙏
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and very large. The cocktails are delicious. Aquapark and evening shows are both enjoyable.
Unfortunately, we were not as satisfied with the main restaurant. I believe the chefs have changed compared to around two years ago. The food seems to have lost its former quality and, in general, lacked flavor. Most of the time, we struggled to find something we actually wanted to eat in the main restaurant. There was a significant issue with both the quality and taste of the food, from the main courses all the way to the desserts. We were told that we could speak with the chef about our concerns, but since we felt that the problem was not limited to individual dishes but was more general, we decided not to do so as we thought it would be a waste of time without leading to a meaningful solution. The à la carte restaurants were much more successful in this regard.
Despite this, our holiday, which unfortunately started with a few unfortunate incidents, was completely turned around thanks to Mr. Tamerlan, and we ended up having a wonderful stay. Without him, we probably would have had a very unhappy week. 😊 I would especially like to thank him for his genuine care and attention, solution-oriented approach, and constructive attitude.
Overall, the hotel has great potential. The renovations that have already been completed are truly impressive. I hope the necessary improvements to the rooms and restaurant will also be made as soon as possible. I believe that with these improvements, the hotel can reach an even higher level and become an even more exceptional place.

We have just returned from the most incredible 10 days at Rixos Premium Tekirova, and we honestly cannot fault a single thing. This is a hotel that truly deserves every one of its five stars.
From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by luxury, exceptional service and the most beautiful surroundings. Everything has been thought of to make your stay feel effortless, special and unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning, with an incredible setting, immaculate facilities and an atmosphere that makes you feel completely relaxed from the moment you arrive.
For us as a family, the kids’ club has been absolutely exceptional. Our children have had the most amazing time and the range of activities, entertainment and attention from the staff has been second to none. It genuinely feels like the children are on their own luxury holiday too — and that means the adults get to relax and enjoy everything the resort has to offer! ❤️
And then there is the food… outstanding.🤩 The choice, presentation, quality and variety have been incredible. We particularly recommend experiencing all of the à la carte restaurants — each one felt like a special dining experience in its own right. We have eaten exceptionally well throughout our entire stay. LOVED the chill and grill - highly recommend!

We don’t want to leave. Ten days has flown by, but we are leaving with **the most wonderful memories and a very strong feeling that this will not be our last visit.
Rixos Premium Tekirova has completely exceeded our expectations.** It is luxurious without feeling stuffy, family-friendly without compromising on quality, and the service is genuinely exceptional.
