Pros
We spent 12 wonderful days at Rixos Tekirova with my wife and our 12-year-old son and had a fantastic stay.
The hotel offers an excellent level of quality, made possible by the dedication and hard work of its staff, an excellent level of service at all times.
Delicious food and great drinks, an exceptionally clean hotel and well maintained rooms, a great selection of sports activities, and entertaining evening shows.
A special highlight of this hotel is the water park.
Room for improvements/feedback to the hotel management:
- Consider placing signs on the beach refrigerators stating: “Kindly do not take water bottles to the ocean area.”
Children often take the bottles into the water to play with them. While the bottles themselves are usually brought back, the caps and plastic labels are often left behind and eventually find their way into the sea, contributing to marine pollution.

Another area of improvement is replacing paper drink receipts (Vista Beach) with a digital system on the waiters’ phones. It would be more efficient and environmentally friendly, as paper receipts were often found around the hotel and even in the ocean. This is of course something that should be implemented on a Rixos Hotels level and not specific to Tekirova.

The pianist is an excellent addition to the hotel and adds a touch of class to the guest experience. However, the current location outside the main restaurant is not well suited for live piano music.
The area is often crowded and noisy, with children playing, constant foot traffic, and guests watching videos on their phones at high volume.
As a result, neither the pianist nor the guests who wish to enjoy the music receive the experience they deserve.
While I understand that Rixos Tekirova does not have a dedicated piano bar like Rixos Belek, I believe a quieter and more suitable location should be considered. The current setup does not do justice to the quality of the performance and talent of the pianist.

Outstanding!!!
We were here last week for 10 days with our family and the Rixos exceeded any expectations. The whole site is huge and impressive and feels like a 5 star hotel. The main restaurant is very good but their other restaurants were excellent both the food and service. The set up for children and their choices of activities are again, outstanding and imaginative for them. The service around that pool area for drinks was fast and friendly! We will definitely be returning here and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Keep up the high standards!!

Excellent spa with a professional and welcoming team. If you’re planning to get a massage, be sure to book with Rashid. He is an outstanding therapist, and you’ll leave feeling like a brand-new person. Highly recommended!
Amazing
Rixos Premium Tekirova is a very beautiful, luxurious, and peaceful hotel. The animation team is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I would especially like to thank Tuncay from the animation team. He made our holiday much better, and we are very grateful for everything he did.
A great family experience with lots to do for the kids
I recently stayed here with my family (wife and 2 children (4 and 6)), where my overall experince was extremely positive, so much to the fact that I continue to beam when sharing update with colleagues.
Accomodation: We had a small family villa (there are some much larger ones), which provided great space and access to a large not too deep pool shared across multiple family villas. This was great for the kids away from the kids pool.
Food/Ameneties: There is a large selection across campus with 7 or so areas to eat of which a small number were payable and others bookable once during an all inclusive stay (outside of the normal main resturant for all). The selection was excellent and the amount of icecream on tap from either any of the bars, Ice cream parlour or coffee shop was just excellent.
Whats available for Kids: The Rixy kids club is at another level... there were classes you could book into daily for a doll beauty salon (my daughter loved it), ceramics, woodwork, music studio, dance lessons, art studio and robotics. The selection blew me away and the staff really took an interest in the kids, i'd love to also shout out the gentlemen looking after robotics and the trial of 3D printing as they reqlly made the experience for my kids. There was much more in the kids club, but you can probably see more only than i can write (Playstations, Cinema room, Free acrcade games, arts and crafts, play area eith free candyfloss, popcorn, icecream etc.). Additionally there was an elevated line park and climbing wall which the kids could use at certain times (supervised) in the evenings providing a certain age/height etc.
The kids pool was fun for my kids, where they weren't quite big enough for the larger slide selection at a different area (yet). Additionally if you have teens, the teen club was separate from the kids and looked equally impressive.
You also had access to the Land of the Legends, but we didnt use this as it was 90mins away (with free transfers) but not something we felt we had the time for or wanted to take a day away for.
Overall a fantasic experience with both us as parents and our kids more than happy to go back!
