Pirates Beach Club

We stayed at this hotel with our two children (aged 4 and 9) and had a wonderful family holiday.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We arrived around lunchtime, so our room wasn’t ready until 2:00 p.m., which is completely normal. While we waited, we were invited to enjoy the buffet lunch and explore the beautiful resort.

The hotel grounds are lovely, with mature trees providing plenty of natural shade and only two-story buildings, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are modern, newly renovated, very clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.

There are several dining options, including a main buffet restaurant and a number of themed à la carte restaurants (which require an additional fee). The food is of a solid mid-range standard—not luxury dining, but there is always plenty of variety, and everyone can find something they enjoy. Breakfast offers a good selection, there is a snack buffet available from lunchtime until 4:00 p.m., the main lunch restaurant is open from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., and in the evening you can choose between the buffet and the themed restaurants. Despite the hotel being busy, we never had trouble finding a table.

The absolute highlight of this hotel is the kids’ club. The animation team puts an incredible amount of effort into creating an amazing daily program for the children. Most activities are conducted in Russian, as the majority of guests come from Russia, Ukraine, and other former Soviet countries. However, we found the guests to be friendly, respectful, and relaxed, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the resort.

The kids’ club deserves very special recognition. Every day there is a morning program from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., an afternoon program from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and an evening session from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. There is also a mini disco from 8:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., followed by a fun diploma and award ceremony where children are recognized for their artwork and participation.

A special thank you goes to Ekaterina and Marina, who made our children’s holiday truly unforgettable. Their warmth, kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine love for working with children were evident every single day. They welcomed every child with a smile, made everyone feel included, and created an atmosphere where the kids couldn’t wait to return each day. Our children absolutely adored them, and as parents, it gave us complete peace of mind knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. They are a real credit to the hotel and deserve special recognition for their outstanding work.

We also rented a private beach pavilion for our entire stay, and it was worth every cent. It provided excellent shade, complete privacy, food and drink service, and was perfect for families with young children. A special thank you goes to Khalil, who looked after us throughout our stay. His service was outstanding—always attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, serving drinks, organizing everything, and making sure we were completely comfortable. He truly made our beach experience exceptional.

Coffee lovers should know that the best coffee is available from the professional coffee machine at the lobby bar, which is open until midnight. It’s definitely worth visiting if you enjoy a proper espresso or cappuccino.

The standard alcoholic drinks included in the all-inclusive package are mostly local brands. However, the hotel offers international premium spirits at very reasonable prices, which can be purchased and stored for you to enjoy during your stay.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel for families with children. It may not offer the absolute highest five-star luxury, but that isn’t what makes it special. The resort is compact, beautifully maintained, easy to navigate with children, and offers everything a family needs for a relaxing holiday. The outstanding kids’ club, the friendly staff, and the welcoming atmosphere made this a memorable vacation, and we would happily return.

Just perfect as could be. Hospitality in every way possible. Cozy nice rooms, food is beyond every expectation. And if you got kids - they would love it there - kids Mini Club keeps them occupied and having fun while parents may enjoy a bit of out of reach time Oh, btw, plenty of pools, nice clear sea water at the beach, night shows and free drinks :)) Who could ask for more?!
