We had a great experience at This resort and especially the wacamole Mexican restaurant. The staff was fabulous and very accommodating and made a special Vegeterian menu for us. Sincerely appreciate Selçuk kerem for taking great care us of and making lasting memories!

We visited in July with our family and had the most amazing stay. We had three rooms, all on the 6th floor, which were suites, and from the moment we arrived we knew we were in for a special holiday.

The rooms were absolutely stunning — spacious, modern and beautifully maintained. The TVs allowed you to log into Netflix and Disney+, which was a great touch. There was also a full-size fridge which was replenished every day with soft drinks, water, juice, etc., along with crisps. Everything was incredibly clean and the rooms had a beautiful view of the sea. There was also a huge amount of wardrobe space, which was perfect for a longer stay, as well as a safe.

From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel so welcome, with your luggage taken straight up to your room. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely some of the kindest and friendliest we have come across. Nothing was ever too much hassle and everyone was always happy to help.

We also had a P Assistant with our room, which was a fantastic service and made our stay even easier. They helped us with booking the à la carte restaurants and arranging any other services we needed. It was great knowing there was always someone available to help whenever we needed anything.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic. We made use of the pools, restaurants, gym, spa and beach, and everything was beautifully maintained. I also had a lovely 90-minute massage at the spa, which was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. It was the perfect way to unwind.

We especially loved having an on-site Starbucks, which was such a lovely bonus and somewhere we enjoyed visiting during our stay.

One of the main things we loved about this hotel was the food. There aren't many all-inclusive hotels I've been to where I've actually enjoyed eating at the buffet more than the à la carte restaurants, but the food here really is on another level. There was an incredible amount of choice, with plenty of different options every day, and everything we tried was delicious. The Italian and Turkish Ala Cartes were our favourite. The hotel also took my food allergies very seriously, which gave me a lot of reassurance and was something I really appreciated.

We also absolutely loved the patisserie, where you could enjoy macarons, cakes, chocolates and so many other treats. No matter what time of day it was, there always seemed to be somewhere you could go and get delicious food!

The entertainment was also really good. We particularly enjoyed the circus show and the karaoke, which were both great fun and made our evenings even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had such a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with our family. The hotel made everything feel so easy and stress-free, allowing us to properly relax and enjoy our holiday together.

The staff deserve a special mention as they were genuinely fantastic and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special and memorable.

We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing and truly enjoyable all-inclusive holiday.

The Kids Club was a wonderful place for children. There were lots of fun and creative activities, and the kids really enjoyed their time there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive. It was great to see the children having so much fun while making new friends. Highly recommended for families with children!
