We have a wonderful stay in Side, and one of the highlights was definitely the exceptional service.
The entire waiting staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We always feel very well looked after — the team is interested in making sure we are comfortable, easy to communicate with, and always ready to help with a smile.
A special thank you goes to Ali Kose and Seref, who truly made our experience even better. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and excellent contact with guests deserve particular recognition. Ali Kose is always approachable, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being hotel guests.
It is people like Ali and Seref who create the atmosphere of a place and make you remember a hotel long after your holiday is over.
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service. We would be very happy to come back and for now - we enjoy every day of our holidays!

Beach, food, fun
Our experience were good, we took part in a lot of Samets activities. He had good leadership and always a smile on his face. We took part in the White party and the Music was banger, Something for Everyone.

Absolutely loved this hotel, staff friendly, its clean and hygiene levels are great. We had a double room overlooking the pool on the 3rd floor. Balcony is small but adequate. Bathroom is nice, cleaned daily. It is noisy up to 11pm at night then its quiet. It is about 1 hour from the airport but our transfer took 1hr 45mins because of all the drops. The hotel is very near the beach with pool bar and a section of the beach with hundreds of sunbeds all looked after by one man who makes sure you get a sunbed. The shops are also close by, a 10 minute walk.

Stayed at this hotel in September 2024 Returned this September &we were not disappointed Lovely grounds .Restaurant & all staff excellent. Only one issue the allocated room on arrival which was on floor four which had a height restriction due to roof of building encroaching into the room causing you to crouch over . This issue was dealt with quickly by TUI rep & reception who moved us to floor 3 Other than this had a lovely holiday

Great for our European Counterparts!
I’m writing this from the hotel room on the last night of our 10 night stay. I’m afraid to say that overall it’s been just about ok. Let me start with the positives…The hotel itself is beautiful. Incredibly clean and just two minutes from the beach. 2 main bars within the grounds, another coffee shop/bar that’s open between 11am and 6pm which is close to one of the 5 pools and a beach bar. Once we’d got to know some of the regular staff, they were amazing! They were incredibly attentive to drinks running low and at meals they cleared your plate away in a timely way. The room was cleaned everyday and the mini bar stocked daily. The spa is amazing and the gym has everything needed for a quiet workout.
Now for the nitty gritty…. On our arrival we were greeted in German! We explained we were British and the receptionist got a colleague to assist us! It wasn’t until we were settled in our room, and started to explore the wonderful grounds that we realised that everyone else staying here was either German or Russian. Now please don’t get me wrong, I’m as comfortable with other cultures as I am with my own, but when assumptions are made I feel that’s wrong. Even the signage around the “town” is in German. We researched the area before we booked and nothing was noted about it being a predominantly German footfall. Therefore we felt like outsiders.
We informed the travel agent that it was not only our honeymoon but also my Husbands 60th birthday while we were here. They asked the hotel to “please make a fuss”. We got a generic postcard under the door on my Husband’s birthday while. Hardly wine and flowers! Yet another British couple that we met (yay!) had their room decorated with the towel art and petals for no special reason whatsoever 🤷♀️
Whilst our room was lovely (at least it wasn’t in the roof!) it was at the back of the hotel which has a great view of one of the pools. It also overlooks 2 other hotels who seem to have incredibly loud entertainment wars every night! This starts at early evening with the children’s disco and continues until almost midnight. One hotel’s noise would be too much but 2 different events at full volume is enough to drive even the most patient of people to distraction!
On a lighter note, whilst others have said that the food choice is limited, we found it the opposite. There were plenty of options available. Although we did eat out a couple of times as we craved a proper steak!
