This fabulous resort boasts an enviable location in picturesque Evrenseki within a 10-minute drive away from the ancient city of Side and only 300 metres from a pristine white sandy beach surrounded by swaying palm-trees. This hotel boasts a luxurious design, top notch facilities and attentive service. The spacious and luminous guestrooms offer a magnificent design blending classical elegance with traditional elements. There are 4 disability-friendly rooms on the premises. Guests will pamper their palates in the alluring ambiance of the on-site restaurant and enjoy a drink from the hotel bar. Afterwards they may have a cooling dip in the dazzling pool or soak up the sun at the poolside terrace while the children play at the paddling pool. Those who wish to keep in fit may tone up at the gym while those who want to unwind may indulge in relaxing treatments of the on-site spa.
Dont bother even booking this hotel its a absolute scam. Not worth 5 stars at all . Staff was rude, food was terrible as they repeated the same food every single day. Returned on the 9th September after spending a week there and got food poisioning and incredibly sick. The food is not inclusive for everyone especially not for children as the children on the hotel were eating fries every single day. And if your vegetarian or vegan there was no choice. The hygiene was terrible the cleaners used one cloth for everything bathroom, toilet, dust and perhaps used that cloth in other bedrooms as well but thats just a thought. Receptionist was incredibly rude to me and my parents and their english was very little so whenever there was a problem they didnt solve it as they didnt understand and completely ignored us. The pools were freezing cold , we went in once and then didnt bother because it was ice cold. Once again not suitable for adults or children. I wanted to speak to the manager, so the receptionist gave him on the phone but he was very rude as well and told me that im fussy, not the type of behaviour you would expect a hotel manager .... In addition to this the bartenders didnt care to serve you even if you paid all inclusive, they only cared about Germans that gave the frequent tips so of you do not give them tips they dont carw about you and leave you waiting for a very long time. I dont this thats fair because if you paid all inclusive then you are supposed to get what you paid and no differences should be made based on tips So to conclude this was a waste of money, waste of nerves and to finish it off got incredibly sick at the end . So spend your money elsewhere and dont ignore the bad reviews.
The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. The hotel restaurant is more like a canteen, the service decomposes the customers, the food is very poor and monotonous. Only once a week on Tuesdays they do a show and the food is at the right level. The only bright spot is the beach bar and Big Mahmed and the Lady who bakes cake-pancakes very well. Only they, the two of them, can superbly feed half of the hotel at lunchtime. The rest is organizational mess and ignoring the guests. The aquapark operator opens and closes it as he pleases, the same beach towel change is absurd. I do not recommend this hotel.
Staff fantastic all round all worked really hard ro.look after us & entertainment great Really clean . Bar staff kept us stocked up.with either hot chic or alcohol serice great Loved the beach part & foan party White night was beautiful Good food for an all inclusive Cant fault it Thank.u.all
The Side Crown Charm Palace no longer exists, it became the Well Palace some months ago under new management. We did not find out till we arrived and they had no booking for us. We had to pay for 2 nights until easyjet found us another hotel. The Well Palace is in a good location and some of the hotel facilities are quite good but the food is terrible and the rooms are poorly maintained. In our room the door to the balcony did not close properly and the air conditioning did not work, management repeatedly said it would be seen to but not before we left.
We went to the hotel at the end of March - not the high season. The room was great and the hotel staff were very helpful. The restaurant staff made an effort to know their customers - they always knew what we wanted to drink which was a nice touch. Be aware that German seems to be the predominant language - I used a translate app which was helpful. The wi-fi was good and reliable. Food was lovely. A bus trip to the ancient city is 3 euro return and is 15 minutes away from a handy bus stop.
