This impressive resort enjoys a privileged location in Titreyengol, situated 70 km from Antalya Airport and only 7 kilometres from Side archaeological site. This opulent property is located just a few steps from a seemingly endless sandy beach bathed in crystalline waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Surrounded by lush and verdant scenery, this establishment boasts a fabulous architectural style, luxurious décor and excellent services. The luminous guest rooms offer space and luxury to each individual guest. Elegant furnishings and soothing tones and deep-purple toned fabrics induce a sense of royalty. Each unit is fitted with individually air conditioner, shower, hair dryer, LCD TV, balcony, complimentary mini bar with water and various juices. After a busy day of sightseeing, travellers may relax with a refreshing swim in the hotel pool, play tennis or indulge in hammam while the youngest ones may let off steam at the paddling pool with slides and children playground.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel the food was amazing great choice, rooms were ok clean but very small and small balcony beds are not comfortable and pillows are terrible like they have been washed and left lumpy and bed covers didn’t fit the bed. Which I would definitely not rate the hotel as 5* more like 4 , staff were what made the stay , loved playing darts and the pool was big and clean apart from one day someone had 💩 in the pool and they never done anything about until 1 hour and 30 minutes later after complaining they finally shut part of the pool which was a definite fail the whole pool should of been shut but left people to swim in it, even after telling big boss who was at the hotel didn’t seemed bothered. Big fail so my family missed out swimming on our last day which was not good. Overall ok hotel but not 5*
My daughter and I , We had an excellent holiday at Waterside Resort & Spa, and everything exceeded our expectations.
The reception staff were always welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, so there was always something for everyone to enjoy.
The entertainment team was amazing! Every evening there was a different show, and throughout the day there were plenty of fun activities. I especially enjoyed playing darts . A very special thank you to Ahmad, handi, and Hiba, they are the best! They made every activity fun and always had a smile on their faces. Thanks also to the rest of the animation team for their energy and kindness.
The swimming pool is large, clean, and perfect for both adults and children. We also felt very safe during our stay. We could leave our towels, bags, and even our phones on the sun loungers without worrying. That gave us real peace of mind.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, a great atmosphere, delicious food, and fantastic entertainment. I highly recommend Waterside Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely love to come back! Abir & Rita

Efficient check in shown to room did feel a bit pressured to tip.
Room bigger then normal ones that I have seen online. Ours had a smaller alcove area out with the main part of the room in total.doibke bed and 2 singles. Balcony tiny overlooked slides and river and only 2 chairs and table definitely not enough room to sit outside of there's are more than 1 person.
Toilet filled with lots of toiletries Inc shampoo conditioner and shower gel with soap, sponges cotton pads and cotton buds too - nice touch.
Mini fridge with water coke and Orange
24 HR bar main lobby
Breakfast - missing bananas One toaster and 3 toastie makers Lunch - great choice at restaurant, snack bar and beach bar Ice cream could be improved with earlier times and made available throughoit day.
Patisserie open though from 11am cakes and hot drinks.
Dinner - missing themed nights - they did have Turkish night Friday but that's it. Enough choice always don't expect British style foods.
Pools freezing - but this was April Beach didn't seem ready for visitors in April.- to get to the beach it's a short walk across the road up through a street.
Slides open 10-12 and 2-6 Sun dipped around 4pm if you sat mountain side of pool.
Overall we made the most of the holiday but wouldn't go back to Turkey. The hotel was nice, drinks were lovely including the staff who served them. But the general feeling is that the people in the area want money off you, all of the time. Taxi drivers, and especially the man who shows you to your room and has your key! You arent given your key at reception like usual, instead you dont get a choice and he takes you, then waits there for his tip! The excursions we did were the same, always saying 'tip box'. Our family had a seperate transfer to the hotel than us, and their driver stopped at one point and forced a 'rest'. During this time, they were harassed by locals selling ice cream! They said no to start with and then reluctantly agreed, and were charged a fortune. The other people staying in the hotel were rude, there is no queueing at the buffet, they will push in front of you, take the grabbers out of your hand! They will try piling in the lift before you've even got out. The turkish bath is a very painful experience I wouldnt repeat but the staff were nice. The hotel food and drinks were good, except for on Saturday when there was little choice, I'm guessing they are clearing everything ready for new people arriving on Sunday. The excursions werent the best, we feel we were misled on what they entailed so beware and ask lots of questions before you decide to go ahead! We werent the only ones who felt this way. We were taken to a jewellers on one trip that was supposed to be a boat trip to the market. It turned out to be a coach trip to multiple places with pushy staff, and a little boat ride at the end of the day. It was lovely by the pool in the hotel. Nice icecreams too. Evening entertainment was good but limited seats so you need to be quick. Dinner wasnt until 7pm which we thought was very late. We went jet skiing and were told it was 20 minutes, when we got there he said it was 15, when i challenged this he said he told me it was 15 unless we signed up for something, which wasnt true. To conclude the hotel was nice and we made the most of the holiday, perhaps it was just the culture that wasnt for us. If you like Turkey, I would say its a nice hotel.
Really nice and professional hotel, nice stuff, Amazing photographers called Tom and Jerry located downstairs , make you very comfortable .
