⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Holiday Thanks to Ahmed, Hendi & Berk!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at the Water Side Resort in Antalya, Turkey, and a huge part of what made our experience so special was the incredible service we received from Ahmed, Hendi and Berk.

From the moment we arrived, all three of them were extremely helpful, kind, friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure our family felt comfortable and looked after throughout our entire stay. No matter what we needed or what situation we found ourselves in, they were always there to help with a smile and made everything feel so easy.

Their positive attitudes, kindness and genuine care really stood out to us. They made us feel more like friends than guests, and our whole family absolutely loved them. It’s rare to come across people who put so much effort into making sure others have a great time.

Ahmed, Hendi and Berk truly made our holiday the best family holiday we have ever had. They created such a welcoming atmosphere and gave us memories that we will never forget.

We would like to say a massive thank you to all three of you for everything you did for our family. You should be extremely proud of the service you provide. We hope to come back to Water Side Resort again, and we genuinely hope we get to see you all again!

Water side resort & spa entertainment team were lovley. Made me and my family feel very welcome and always made sure we were okay and happy. Cleaning team weren’t the best our room wasn’t always cleaned and rubbish was always left in our room, towels weren’t replaced and the fridge wasn’t refilled without asking reception. Overall the hotel was lovely and welcoming from the beginning, staff members were lovely and always made sure everyone felt included in activities and had opportunities for everyone.

Horrendous from start to finish.

Has anyone else been sexually assaulted or harassed by a member of this hotel staff. Whilst I was staying at this property I was approached a number of times by the restaurant manager of this hotel by the name of Bulut. I clearly told him on several occasions that I had no interest in him. Then he took an opportunity to corner me, alone, in the garden and tried to force me to kiss him, leaving me with a bruised and bleeding lip. I would bet my life that this would not have been the first time he'd tried such behaviour and I’m pretty sure it won’t be the last. Fortunately I managed to get away from him and back into a public area and then spent the rest of my holiday in my room, afraid to leave. Is there anyone else out there who has been to this hotel and suffered a similar situation either with this man or any other member of staff? Please let me know by replying to this review.

My stay was a disaster from the start. The state of my first rooms was very poor and certainly not what any reasonable, sensible person would consider 5 star. In my opinion this was a 3 star hotel at best. My first room had mold everywhere, damp upholstery and bedding. The bedding was too small for the bed. Curtains too small for the window, peeling wall paper, make-up hand prints on the walls. Dirty thick grime on surfaces and someone else’s bodily hairs in the bed. The second room had water leaks, not as much dirt as the first but still dirty. Bedding still too small and a balcony that had a gap a small could fall through.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Apparently, this is a third party hotel not supplied by TUI and therefore, they do not accept any responsibility for any of the problems. As a result they have sent me a standard “computer says no” response basically saying sorry we’re not prepared to do anything. If anyone has suffered any form of harassment at this hotel please get in touch. It is very important that this does not happen to anyone else at any hotel in the future and it is only by speaking out and sticking together that we have any hope of stopping this.
