Clean hotel with friendly staff
Fantastic hotel β only the sea was disappointing
We had a wonderful holiday at the Turquoise Hotel and would happily come back again.
We stayed in a Lake House ground floor room, and it was absolutely amazing. The pool was right outside our terrace, so we could step straight from our room into the water. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The food was excellent, with a great variety every day. Everything was fresh, tasty, and there was always something for everyone. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
Our room was modern, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, with lots of greenery and a relaxing atmosphere.
The only minor downside is the location. The hotel is a little outside the town, so if you want to visit the shops or the old town, you'll need to take a bus or a taxi. This wasn't a problem for us.
The only real disappointment was the sea. The beach itself is nice, but just a few steps into the water there are huge rocks and large rock slabs on the seabed. Getting into the sea is difficult and uncomfortable, and it's very easy to hurt your foot. Because of this, we hardly used the sea at all and spent our time enjoying the excellent swimming pools instead.
Apart from that, everything was excellent. The Lake House ground floor rooms with direct pool access are absolutely worth booking. We had a very relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Turquoise holiday for the second year on the trot.
What can I say.... We came on holiday in 2025 July and had the most amazing time, this is the first time in 30 years we had rebooked the same hotel, that is testament in itself.
We also invited another couple to join us on this holiday and they have absolutely loved it and said they would return.
Food really good, big choice of food in the main dining area and you can get food there for 24 hours (might only be a light bite but it is still great to have) snack bar amazing massive choice.
Drinks are amazing, cocktails hand made, bottled beer and decent wine to.
Entertainment the best we have seen at a hotel by far.
The whole hotel is kept really clean.

Staff go above and beyond for you and that is something special.
We are booking again for 2028 as we are getting married next year.
The reps are fantastic to, engaging but not pushy at all with plenty of activities to.
You could stay at the hotel and not venture out if you don't won't to, this is something I have never wanted to do at other hotels.
Don't miss out on taking a holiday at this lovely family run hotel.

Day 1 Amazing hotel so far, Adem from Harmony Spa and Wellness was so lovely and so helpful. The Deluxe treatments were just amazing β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ fully prepped our skin on our first day, for a great tan thankyou Adem xxx
