Tui Blue Barut Andiz

We have just returned from the Tui Blue Barut Andiz and had the most excellent time. The hotel is nicely set out and immaculately maintained and, because it isn't overly large, the facilities such as pool, bars, restaurants and sunbeds are plentiful so that you do not have to endure any queues. The food is fantastic with plenty variation and the drinks and cocktails superb.

But what really sets this hotel apart is the wonderful staff. Savas and his team are absolutely brilliant, very attentive and helpful without being overly fussy. Everyone made our stay exceptional, but special thanks go to 'Gorgeous' George, Mehmet, Ismail, Harun, Halil and Yusuf. Each one of them treated us like old friends, not customers, which made our visit all that better.

Absolute Pure Perfection at the Barut Andiz, we visited for 3 weeks last year and returned for a second visit wandering if it could be as good again and the hotel did not disappoint at all. On this occasion we went for a swim up room and it was lovely and having bar service there was a real unexpected bonus which made it even better. Ismail was brilliant again providing excellent service with a truly happy smile and always had time for a chat, all round a fantastic person 😁 We had the sun on the swim up until around 2pm then ventured to the beach a lot more this year and Kadir there is a legend constantly providing drinks, fruits, ice cream and even tea and coffee if required and a genuinely lovely man. After the beach we went back to the main pool just to finish the day which was really enjoyable. The food in all the restaurants is of excellent quality and there is always plenty of choice and never failed to have a fantastic meal. Nuri and Mehmet in the Ala carte very attentive and always left feeling well look after and cared for. To the lobby bar and Halit, what a fantastic bar captain and never fails to provide excellent drinks and service, we found our happy place sitting on the terrace after dinner and the drinks just used to appear without having to move, a true gentleman and a friend, he recognised us on our return too. Gearge does a phenomenal job looking after the bars and all the staff are lovely and friendly and give great service throughout the day and we always had a good chat with Baruk upon the sunset bar. Pool party was a really fun night when we went in the pool on our second week, had such an amazing night of fun and laughter. Spoke to Mehmet a few times this year who has been promoted to Operations Manager and was good to see him wandering around and we had a few nice conversations and again a lovely gentleman. Every member of the hotel make this hotel what it is and I would love to be able to name them all but it is a massive thank you from us as you all made our holiday amazing and unforgettable, the hospitality is second to none. Savas, the hotel is a true credit to you and all the people that strive to make it special for all the guests that holiday here and it is obvious why so many people return, see you all in October, very much appreciated Paul and Jean.
