Tui Blue Barut Andiz

From arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble for Savas and his fantastic staff made sure you are truly made to feel like it’s all about you attentive friendly polite clean and smartly turned out from the youngest to the oldest from the most junior to the most senior member of the team , you can relax and chill or take part in a great mixture of activities and in everything you do ( or not the choice is yours) you honestly feel like you are part of a family me Jo and Lisa had a perfect holiday I can not recommend the Barut Andiz enough Book it I promise you you will not regret it , infact you’ll thank me

Just returned from a week at Barut Andiz. Hotel is unassuming from the outside compared to other larger hotels in the area but it is very clean and ticks lots of boxes. The facilities are good and it has a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are a decent size, beds are comfortable, quite firm , but they will provide a mattress topper if needed and the cleaners do a fantastic job keeping on top of things on a daily basis. The big + for the hotel is the staff and the fantastic service they provide, they are ALL helpful, friendly a valuable asset and the heart of the hotel. Special shout out for Nuri and the team at Culinarium + Ismail ,George and Halil at the pool bar they go above and beyond always with a smile and sense of humour. The food in both the buffet restaurant and the Culinarium was excellent, freshly prepared and good variety of choice. We ate in the Culinarium most days. The Pool area is well laid out, never any issues finding comfortable sunbeds and parasols ,we didn't use the beach but other guests reported that it is fine. One of the things that the hotel prides itself on is the high percentage of returning guests, this was quite obvious by the reactions of some of the staff but it could also be perceived as being quite 'clicky ' and as first time visitors it occasionally felt a bit like we were intruding. The only real negative was the evening entertainment, the live acts were poor , we have seen much better acts / vocalists in other hotels, but appreciate that it is difficult to please everyone. Location is generally good, walking distance to shops, bars and the old town.

What an incredible holiday we've had! ❤️ Just got back from 11 nights on our first visit with our Brother & Sister-in-law, Mark & Mandy (their second visit) which can only be described as heaven on earth and the best company. The team at Tui Blue Barut Andiz are nothing like we've ever experienced before.

Firstly, we want to thank Ismail for supplying myself and Mandy Hankey with our early morning coffee & Tea every morning without a prompt or an ask. From the very first morning to our last he was there making sure our day started off with a coffee and a smile that could melt hearts. All day, every day he made us endless cocktails and drinks, even coming back to work at 2.50am to make sure we were all hydrated for the England v Mexico match until 6am in the morning and then carrying on to do a full day's shift. I would love to know, how many laps and miles he walks around tgat pool every day and the smile never wavers. From his constant supply of drinks to his ice cold towel torture to his fruit slushes and fruit cocktails he is there making sure you are having the best time ever! Definitely made a long lasting impression on us and we can't wait to see you again next year Ismail 😘 You are not only a credit to Tui Blue Barut Andiz Ismail, you are a credit to Tui 👏

Thank you to Nuri ( Marty Pellow) in the Culinarium for our incredible first class dining experience. You are a wonderful man who clearly excells at what you do. You kindness, service and wonderful conversation is what stands out amongst the best we've ever come across. Nothing is forced or fake, simply a lovely man with no agenda other than to make sure we had an amazing time. 👏 Also Mehmet, just the cutest young man with the cheekiest smile, was always so eager and pleased to see us.

A special Thank you to Ufuk Arslan ( Gorgeous George ) who is just the loveliest, hardworking and friendliest person you could ever wish to meet ❤️ a smile and welcome to light up the darkest room. Your personality should be bottled and sold 😘

Debbie, Nicole & Larkin Thomas Craig , your energy and enthusiasm for your work to ensure everyone as an unforgettable time is amazing. You are all a credit to your profession and it's been a pleasure to meet you all. Tui is lucky to have you! xx

Last, but by no means least we want to thank Savaş Sevinçli (Hotel Manager) never have we been to such an incredible hotel, a hotel where the manager engages with every guest on a daily basis. Youpu should be extremely proud of yourself Savaş for what you have achieved. Walks the hotel all day long making sure that everything is just perfect, which is why this hotel has won numerous awards for best Tui Blue worldwide. Your team are a credit to you Savaş and your hotel. Tell me another hotel where it's Hotel Manager and his team go out of their way to make sure he is there saying goodbye when you leave for home?

We cannot rate the Barut Andiz and its amazing staff enough, the food is excellent, the cocktails are the best I've ever had, the housekeeping is phenomenal and the staff are nothing short of angels. We were already booked for next year before we even went this year 🤣 and we're so glad we did because I very much doubt we could ever beat this experience anywhere else.
