We arrived after midnight, to a warm welcome with a very easy and quick check in.
Our room is very spacious, mini fridge is replenished every day, with water, soft drinks and local beer. The room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. The only complaint we have is that it was twin beds pushed together and not a double bed. One bed was squishy and squeaky the other was firm.
Every member of staff work extremely hard and all are very friendly. And the hotel is constantly cleaned to an extremely high standard. Nothing is too much trouble.
The pool area’s are kept very clean and tidy, plenty of beds to choose from. We had the odd issue getting towels from spa when it rained at lunch, and needed a fresh towel we were told no towels until after 4pm but other guests were swapping wet towels and getting fresh towels with no issues. We didn’t use the spa so couldn’t comment. The spa staff and camera man didn’t hassle guests or try to sell appointments. Which makes a nice change.
We didn’t use the beach area so can’t comment.
The food is typical all inclusive food, and repetitive but there is plenty of choice. It wasn’t all to our taste but we didn’t starve. The coffee isn’t the greatest in the main restaurant and aqua bar, I’d expect bean to cup. However at the basement bar and coffee shop they do bean to cup. There is snack bar at the pool and on the beach. Which serve hotdogs, burgers and pizza. They also have a small restaurant that serves food in between main restaurant opening times which is open when main restaurant is closed. We didn’t dine at aller carte restaurant.
Entertainment team work hard not really our thing. They had live music after kids entertainment but all the different bands sang the same songs which isn’t great after the first two nights. I understand they need to cater for different nationalities but they could do with mixing the song choices up.
Location is ok they have several bizarre shopping centres at the front of hotel and there is the odd bar and restaurant along the seafront.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would return but this isn’t our first stay at a trendy hotel, they have a high standard to be proud of.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Room modern and clean. Staff helpful and friendly Great beach Pools lovely with a couple of slides to liven up the day Food very good and al a carte gorgeous One tiny moan is that we tried out the bochia and the rep wasn’t the friendliest and didn’t make us feel welcome Nice bonus was the patisserie which served great coffee and cakes and sandwiches Overall would recommend and would consider a return visit

Excellent hotel for some time out!
Quiet hotel, how it should be! Very friendly staff. Excellent wifi on the beach. Food is excellent! Ideal for people who are looking for some time out! They start in Geman but if you ask in English, no problem! Even putting extra beds on the beach is not a problem! If you ask for a minus: the only one I will find is that you need to be early at beach for the chairs. We will go back!
Gluten Free
We have just returned from this hotel having stayed for 12 days this time. This was a return visit as we enjoyed this hotel very much at the beginning of June. They have improved the gluten free bread range although I still had to wait for someone to fetch it and defrost it for me. Other hotels in Turkey such as the Montana Pine and the Grand Azur have a separate gluten free bread cabinet. Many thanks to Barrin Sonmez the guest relations manager for her help and assistance, she is an excellent asset to your hotel.

Getaway for 2
Landed in the hotel 4am no porters. Not I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Got to the room toilet seal broken been used, not a good start at all. Woke next morning to start all again. Yes it is a good hotel would come back. Dining area and food layout very good. Bars are plentiful 0% alcohol beer in the m lobby. Beach is lovely probably best I have seen in Turkey soft and sandy, can’t really fault it except for the no porters, toilet seal broken and one betterment needed toilets at poolside are not enough very poor, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
