Awesome place for a relaxing family vacation 👏🏻🙏🏻❤️😘
We had the best time. We booked this trip 3 days before departure. Perfect place for an easygoing, relaxing all inclusive holiday with kids. They have a lot activities for whole family. Nice playgrounds,sand-stone beach. Incredibly nice and hard working stuff. They make sure u feel special and enjoy every moment of ur vacation. Their kitchen is amazing, as a privet chef I was very amazed by their Bufe style restaurant . Their spa team makes u feel alive again so, we had massage every second day. The rooms are a bit old-style, but very clean and comfortable. Pool is clean and whole property very well managed. Very good value for ur money. It was the best spontaneous trip ever :) our 3 yo lived her best life. Thank you to everyone who made our trip so relaxing, we were in need of it. 🙏🏻❤️

Poor management
I have very mixed feelings after a week-long stay at this hotel (our second visit; we were there previously in 2018). It is a nice property in a good location with very good food. The Spa staff were wonderful; my wife and daughter went there every day during our stay. However, this entire positive impression was ruined by one woman from the housekeeping team. Despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and a clear request for her not to enter the room, she came in, rummaged through our suitcases, and took money she found there. Hotel management confirmed that the woman had violated hotel rules, yet they maintained the view that if you don't put something in the safe, it is fair game for the staff to take it. Simple as that. The Guest Relations Manager was far from professional; after we informed her that we were meeting with a travel agency representative, she waited for him outside the hotel to speak with him first, and then spoke to him in Turkish right in front of us—solely to ensure we wouldn't understand what she was saying. A total failure. Management was on the level of a roadside motel. I do not recommend it.
Family holiday
Room - amazing - always kept clean Food - outstanding to a high standard and staff can’t help you enough .. Staff - always happy to help , but very difficult to understand English , but really try to help us
Staff - exceptional and always willing to help and always got a smile ..
Facilities - very good , we have a family holiday ranging from 7 month baby to 70 years old … but everything here has the facilities for all ages
Not so good - entertainment in the evening .. very basic but not long enough
Entertainment staff - brilliant
Guest relations- outstanding and always willing and happy to help .. we had a 70th birthday and they did everything possible to make sure the birthday breakfast was a lovely morning .. very grateful for all guest relations help
Spa - brilliant and booked twice because the experience was so enjoyable and relaxing
We will definitely be returning and we have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday experience as a family .
Average, let down by entertainment or lack of
Food was good, pool and beach very nice and hotel and grounds were spotless.
The rest of the stay was average at best, the entertainment was flat, none of the pool parties or other parties that they had earlier in year and promoted on social media pages. I don’t buy the low season response I got from guest relations or TUI either. We have stayed at several hotels in Antalya region the last couple of years at a similar time if not later and never seen entertainment drop to a level like this hotel. The hotel was definitely catered more for Germans. This isn’t anything to do with them either as I found a lot of them very pleasant. Entertainment team only ever spoke when they were trying to sell bingo cards. Evening entertainment was mainly average at best singers and dancers. One night for the entertainment they had sheets with songs listed and the instructions in German only.
2 days before we were due to depart, reception left a letter for us to attend reception, it was because they had over sold and needed a twin room with sea view and offered us what can only be described as staff quarters behind a door with staff only into a room with 4 single beds side by side, no window, no balcony. They offered us the room and would have allowed us to keep it on for free on our final day until we left the hotel. Obviously the offer was rejected.
Ok but could and should have been so much better than it was.
Trendy Aspendos amazing review
Absolutely brilliant hotel with excellent staff and other family’s/people. Pool and sea absolutely amazing except from the rocky area when you get into the sea. Food was exceptional for breakfast, lunch and dinner with different varieties of food. The water slides made it much better and much more fun for me and my family. This is the perfect place to go if you are wondering where to go next 😁 .
