A stay that lived up to expectations
Terrace Elite Resort Side
Hello everyone. I stayed at this resort in August. It’s a very good place—spacious rooms and daily cleaning. The food suits various tastes; there is plenty to choose from, so you certainly won't go hungry unless you are extremely picky. I want to highlight the hotel staff; they were very friendly, cheerful, and genuinely helpful. One morning, I left my mobile phone in the lobby while heading to the beach. With the help of the guest relations staff, I retrieved it from reception after they verified it was indeed ours. On another day, I also recovered my Samsung earbuds, which I had left on a table in the restaurant. The staff is attentive to guests, and I would recommend the place. One negative aspect: sunbeds at the pool get "reserved" with towels, yet sometimes no one is actually there. Perhaps this issue should be monitored. However, I had an unpleasant experience with a certain Mr. Hakan, the night manager. This man displays an aggressive attitude and behaves inappropriately toward tourists, especially considering his position. In short, he rudely reprimanded us for how we were sitting on the lobby sofas—we were sitting with our legs stretched out, without making a mess or anything of the sort. "It's for sitting only, not sleeping," he said. Yet, strangely enough, further along, there were other people lying completely flat on the sofas. I didn't understand the distinction. Rules are rules—fair enough—but I’ve stayed at other resorts and visited Turkey seven times, and I’ve never encountered a situation like this at a 5-star resort. It might be worth this night manager reconsidering his attitude toward tourists. Given his position, I am sure he has plenty of subordinates to warn tourists about certain issues, rather than acting like a tyrant himself. That is why I am giving only 4 stars. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
Best holiday/hotel.
Back for thr 3rd year and each year just gets better and better. The kids club are incredible and build great relationships with the kids and provide so many fun activities for the kids. The whole entertainment team are amazing! Plenty of activities to do during the day as well as the evening. Already looking at going back for a 4th year (2027). Thank you for the best holiday Terrace Elite Resort.

I stayed at this hotel for one week with my mother and my son, and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I had read the reviews before coming, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel.
We came with Jolly Tur and received amazing attention from check-in to check-out. The food was delicious with a great variety, the beach was beautiful, clean and well-organized, and our room and all the hotel’s common areas were spotless. The bars were great too.
All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and professional. From reception and housekeeping to F&B, the beach team and the transfer drivers, every department made us feel very welcome.
And the animation team deserves a special mention! ❤️ They were absolutely amazing and truly the heart of the entertainment. The shows were fantastic, and the mini club was wonderful. My son had so much fun throughout the week and became so attached to the team that he cried when we had to leave his Pika abla. 🥹❤️ They were so warm and lovely, they really felt like family.
A huge thank you to Pika, Mayara, Dido, Murat, Mario, Sassouki, Sarah, Mimi, Lili, Meike, Max (Chef), Djo, DJ Sam, Junior and Rio. You were all amazing!
Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely remember this stay with a big smile and would happily choose this hotel again. ❤️
7th visit
Just returned from once again a lovely holiday. 12 days in the sun 40 degrees for the whole time. Check in was quick and efficient a pleasure to see our long term reception staff Adil and Hagi who always go above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable. The house keeper Fatima on level 5 looked after us so well, always leaving little surprises for the kids and made my birthday so special too. We had a balcony door issue and reporting it to Adil was no problem, door was fixed straightaway.
The entertainment team have completely made our stay so memorable, finally got the husband to join in with activities and he loved it with our son too. Firstly thank you Mayara and Pika for keeping the kids entertained in kids club, this gives us time for gym and relaxing. My daughter loves Mayara and wants to go to kids club without any motivation. Choosing her outfits for the next day, such a credit to the hotel. Mike, Lilly, Murat, Mario, Junior, Mimi thank you somuch for giving us so many activities to keep us entertained all day. Max gets the evening entertainment going even got me on the stage. Really great entertainment team. Loved the fruit festival, and the Colombian band and all of the shows you all put up for us.
The hotel has somuch for children to do and it is safe enough to provide a little autonomy for kids. Close to the beach, only a shuttle away that’s available every 10minutes. There are markets in walking distance and a bus journey away to the old town which is worth a trip. Our best trip the green canyon definately a must. I am an early riser 6am for a swim so the loungers were not booked by people leaving to go back to bed, I had the same people up swimming or reading or chatting never leaving to go back to bed. There is a staff member present in mornings who helps to get things set up and also removes booked towels left behind before 7:30am. It’s real shame I didn’t ask his name. A few times we would have a late start and there would always be staff available to help get loungers.
The gym has improved however it could do with new equipment. Now food was good different theme every day all restaurants including the beach have their own selection to cater for all. Ice creams delicious as always. The crepes are a treat forgotten the name. Only Downside the cocktails not what we are used to this year new bar staff different drinks, tried a few and resorted to Gin and tonic in the end.
Overall great stay and will definately be back as always.

Highly recommend. Our best holiday.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Terrace Elite Resort in Turkey and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and all the public areas, pools and facilities were kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. The staff were fantastic – always friendly, welcoming, polite and ready to help. They really made us feel looked after and added so much to our holiday. The food was excellent, with a great variety and plenty of choices every day. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. We also really enjoyed the entertainment. There was always something going on, and the entertainment team worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was having a good time. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday from beginning to end. Great atmosphere, amazing staff, delicious food, excellent entertainment and exceptional cleanliness. We would definitely recommend Terrace Elite Resort and would happily come back again.
