Very disappointing – Not as advertised
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The photos and descriptions online do not reflect the hotel’s current condition. The hotel is much older than it appears in the promotional pictures. The food selection was very limited, and almost the same meals were served every day. In particular, turkey meat was served almost every day, with very little variety. There was a clear difference between the promotional photos and the actual condition of the hotel, and we felt misled. We would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.
I would love to come back
Food was good, good variety, good room service, free drinks in the mini fridge, alot of pool activities to take part in. All in all it was a great hotel. The people working at this place try really hard to give everyone a good time
Awfull behaviour of the receptionists in this hotel
Great food, clean room, clean beach bar, clean swimming pool, BUT behaviour on the reception just awfull. All personal should go for training how to behave in 5star hotel. We were waiting and waiting at the rception, the receptionists! (not only one and not only once) were talking between themselves about their own stuff. Really feeling that you were bothering them.
Crazy get away with my mom
Staff are amazing, great day time entertainment and night entertainment. Special thanks to the girl in double ponytails. Food is a good variety for all ages and religions. Rooms have great views, good sized balcony and great room sizes.
Holiday
We were really happy to spent our hoilday in this hotel. Everywhere is very clean and workers are very friendly and always enger to help.
