Our 5 Star hotel with 212 rooms, situated only 150m to the own sandy beach and just 15 min. walking to the ancient city of Side. The sandy beach is certificated with the 'Bleu Flag'. Ideal for those seeking a stylish setting for a relaxing Turkish holiday, our hotel comes complete with a great swimming pool, modern bars and a friendly atmosphere. It's perfect for both couples and families.

Lovely Hotel!
Honestly a really lovely hotel that ticks all of the boxes.
Lovely rooms, great air conditioning, fully stocked mini bar, a lovely pool and some of the best food I’ve genuinely ever had at a hotel.
Lovely staff all round, particularly Harkan in the restaurant and Pool Bar area - A lovely bloke who bends over backwards to help you relax.

Disappointing from arrival
Very disappointing from the moment we arrived. It was a late arrive and there was no staff to greet us, we rang the bell and reception and the receptionist honestly looked like he’d just woken up. When we asked for some food, having been travelling for hours, we were directed to the dark buffet area where there was no staff and food that had been left out all day. Staff weren’t really interested unless you tip them (then they’re your best friend), the food was generally poor or average and there was an incident where a huge cockroach landed on the floor next to us whilst eating in the restaurant. Drinks were 50/50 of getting what you asked for and we could only get into one of the a la carte restaurants despite booking on the first day we arrived. Tried to leave feedback via their guest questionnaire we were given and even that doesn’t work. The accommodation is very dated, though mostly well kept and the environment is largely clean. We didn’t see a TUI rep the whole time we were there - very disappointing

Great hotel/holiday
Returned from star park middle of August, we stayed at the hotel with a group of 9, age range between 12 and 74, we all thoroughly enjoyed it, great night entertainment with attentive waiters trying to keep everyone at there seats and bringing drinks to each table, it really helped keep the queue to a minimum, (rarely waited for a drink) themed nights were great fun and food was great, when not themed we all found a decent selection, hotel was being cleaned continuously and rooms were cleaned daily and fridge socked, 2 mins walk to the local shops with plenty of choice, beech was max 5 mins walk, you could use the hotels beech restaurant which had toilets and good choice of food drinks and ice creams, pool got quite busy at the hotel but it was peak season so if I had to name 1 slight negative, you need to be an early riser to claim the ideal bed, overall fantastic holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return, p.s give a tip to the bar and waiters and you will not want for anything, well done Star park 🌞👍🏻
Rooms ruining our holiday - not suitable for number of people
We are currently at this hotel and do not have the rooms we paid for. We booked a family room - by the managers admission family rooms have a separate bedroom. Our only has 2 additional beds thrown in the room. The other room is so tiny it is not suitable for 3 people - one of whom is elderly. The beds are squashed together with no space at all in between. Storage in both rooms is not suitable for 3 and 4 people and they are set up for two - towels, chairs in room and balcony. The extra quilts on beds are a wool blanket put in a quilt cover We have tried to change - I even offered to pay when we have already paid but the hotel is ‘full’ and the manager refused to help. This has completely ruined what should have been a lovely family holiday. Food and pool area are good and staff around the resort helpful. But the room situation is causing such upset.
4 Star Hotel with 5 Star Staff and Service
⭐⭐⭐⭐ with a 5-Star Heart ❤️
My wife, youngest son and I have just returned from a 6-night stay here as part of a Jet2holidays package, and I would struggle to find fault with this hotel. I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning.
🏨 Hotel
The hotel is very clean, with attentive staff constantly keeping everything spotless. Everywhere we went, the communal areas were well maintained and immaculate.
🛏️ Rooms
We had a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for our teenage son. The room was a reasonable size and had a small balcony, TV, minibar and coffee-making facilities.
The only negative for us was that the mattress was a little on the hard side, but that’s obviously down to personal preference.
🍽️ Food
They really do make a huge effort with the food. There was plenty of choice in the main buffet restaurant, along with themed nights throughout our stay.
There was always pizza and chips available for the kids, but plenty of other options too. During the day, you could choose between eating in the main restaurant or at the beach bar.
🏊 Pool
There is a main pool, a baby pool and another pool with a few small slides.
The pool area was spotlessly clean, with staff regularly clearing glasses and keeping everything tidy. It was always immaculate.
One big positive was that there was never a shortage of sunbeds. No need to be up at silly o’clock to claim one!
🏖️ Beach
We only used the beach once, but it’s only around a 200m walk from the hotel. The beach was very clean, and the beach bar/restaurant is just a few feet away. Again, everything was very well maintained.
🎤 Entertainment
The entertainment team were absolutely brilliant. They managed to put on plenty of daytime pool entertainment without being too much, and there was something that could be enjoyed by everyone.
The evening entertainment was also of a very high standard, with external entertainers generally providing the shows.
👏 Staff
I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the staff.
They were incredibly attentive, whether around the pool or in the restaurant. Drinks would often appear without even needing to ask, and everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
❤️ Overall
This is a fantastic hotel with brilliant staff, great food, excellent cleanliness and plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
There are always going to be small things that could be improved, but for us, they were insignificant compared with everything the hotel gets right.
4 stars from us, but definitely a 5-star heart. ❤️
