Side Star Park

We had a wonderful stay at the Side Star Park Hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

I’d especially like to highlight their approach to guests with dietary requirements. I’m allergic to milk protein, and the staff and chefs went out of their way to provide me with personalised care. They were always happy to advise me on suitable dishes, which meant that I was able to fully enjoy my holiday without any worries. The food was excellent — the meals were delicious, varied and of a high standard.

The entertainers also contributed to the great atmosphere — they were very friendly and knew how to entertain guests of all ages. If you have the chance, I highly recommend trying the morning yoga — it was one of the most enjoyable experiences of our stay.

We have just recently stayed at Hotel Side star Park. Overall the hotel is very clean and modern and has a lot of different facilities.

The pool area is spacious and has plenty of sun-beds, we have never struggled in finding one anytime of the day. Each sun bed has a parasol which has a little table and easily open & close. The pool area is kept very clean and the pool itself is a nice temperature which makes it easy to get in.

There is also a bar at the pool and a snack bar. The snack bar is only open for a couple of hours in the afternoon and serves pancakes, waffles and some ham, cheeses and bread and also some pastries & cakes each day. The bar is open all day and serves range of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks and hot drinks. There is an ice cream freezer where you can help your self to ice creams and ice lollies which are in individual packets.

The rooms were really modern and clean. Spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a hair dryer also in the bathroom. The room has a big wardrobe with shelves and hangers, a safe, robes and extra blankets and pillows. There is a mini fridge in the room free of charge for all inclusive guests. This incudes drinks like water, fresh juice, beer, Coke, Fanta and sprite and is re filled each day. The beds were really comfortable. The air conditioning works really well in the room and isn’t noisy. The rooms are spacious. When in your room you can’t hear much noise around you.

There is a bowling alley and a games room which has pool tables and some arcade games. There is a kids club and kids park (we did not use this as not appropriate to us), there is a small kids pool with a small Slide and 2 water slides in a separate pool which is operated by a life guard, these slides were pretty fun even for an adult.

There is even a night club/ disco bar in the hotel which i believe is open 2 nights a week.

There is also a private area on the beach with a bar and snack bar in shaded seating area. There is sun loungers on the beach for guests staying within the hotel free of charge. This is an only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. There is water sports available on the beach front for an extra charge.

The food at the hotel is really nice and a range of options, if you are a fussy eater options may be limited but we always found something we liked. Food can be the same some nights. There is always pizza & pasta. Freshly and live cooked meat stations or fish. There is a big selection of salads, hams, cheeses and olives etc, there is a big dessert section and fruit section. There is themed nights such as Mexican, Turkish and Italian. There is 3 à la carte restaurants you can book into free of charge for one night during your stay. We did find the food to be the weak point of the hotel as it was quite repetitive at times and sometimes lukewarm.

There is a range of activities provided by the animation team throughout the day which were really good and fun and something for everyone to join in with. There was water polo and other pool games, darts, air rifle shooting, aqua gym etc. The animation team are all super friendly, helpful and made us feel at ease. Johnny especially was super helpful to us and is a great character in general.

There is evening entertainment each night, there is a kids disco first and then entertainment. Entertainment has been good and varied.

The hotel is in a really good location. Close by to the beach front, shops and restaurants. There is a couple of shops in the hotel, a photographer & a hair salon.

We were really happy to spent our hoilday in this hotel. Everywhere is very clean and workers are very friendly and always enger to help.
