Great value hotel
The hotel is very good hotel with amazing friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you and they are always smiling and welcoming, there is great options for food and drink and many bars and pools to go to, and the al’carte restaurants are amazing, so overall a great value hotel, I would definitely recommend it
Fantastic hotel, excellent service
This hotel is excellent. I’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and this is by far the best. It’s like a small village with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. The food is excellent and the choice is huge. They have themed nights for variety and 4 different Al a carte restaurants. You can book in for 3. The beach is lovely golden sand and the sea entry is shallow and child friendly and warm. There is a private beach with free loungers. There are a few shows each week and live music in the Duden bars. Food is available 24 hours a day. The staff are really friendly and I would shout out Serma at breakfast and Erol in Time Out and Mehmet in the Duden bar. The Ficus bar has great sea views but is closed in the evening and used for the fondue place, which is a shame. Lunch there is a must. The theatre bar is poor and the pool bars close early. This could be improved especially during busy periods. The rooms are great and clean with fresh bathroom towels every day. Pool towels can be exchanged every day if you wish. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic from start to finish Had a swim up room perfectly located suntrap to come back to after afternoon by pool where all the activities are .fab for all ages very hardworking animation team and all indoor and outdoor bar staff. Great location.clean,stylish, friendly Will be back 100%
