Good family hotel
Before coming to this hotel I read a lot of reviews about exceptional service but unfortunately upon our arrival we were not provided with basic information like for example where and how to collect beach towels, which floor our room was on or how to connect to WiFi and most importantly we got a room with a view of the roof of the entrance of the hotel. When we called the night receptionist to change the room he said to wait till the morning and check the view again but of course the roof was still there. When we asked to change the room next day first thing we were told - but YOU ordered a room with a sea view which sounded like it was our fault we got this room. We then were offered another room after insisting it’s not a sea view but a roof view but not instantly and we had to wait a day or two. Which of course was not ideal which we eventually refused because we didn’t want to move our stuff to the other room after a couple of days.
On the other hand, the hotel was indeed very clean with nice buffet, shuttle to the beach goes every 10 minutes or just a 5 minute walk. Another perk is that you can get a city bus right outside the hotel from the same spot where shuttle goes and go to Manavgat or Side Antique only for 60 liras. But make sure to wave for it to stop.
It is a nice hotel when you are on a budget and stay is comfortable with everything you need.
I would still recommend make it transparent to the guests that the the room has this roof view and teach night receptionists to give all the basic information about the stay in the hotel.

Side Royal Palace and Style hotels
Another fabulous and fun filled holiday in this hotel. Rooms are spacious with great amenities, the fridge is topped up daily.
The public areas are kept spotless by hard working staff, sadly their jobs made harder by lazy holiday makers though, it’s not a crime to put your in rubbish in a bin or say thank you at times you know!!
Food in the restaurants was even better this year, with a much wider variety! I love that you post daily to remind people of food waste and how much you bin daily, some guests have eyes bigger than their bellies and leave full plates!” Thank you so much to all the fabulous animation team and bar staff. This Scottish family are extremely grateful for your hard work, Mero, Eda,Alberto, Dilek Sayit ,Buşra,Buket,Sinem Nur, Ufuk, Mustafa and the lovely boy on the roller blades!! just to name a few. Apologies for anyone we missed. See you next year x

EDA IS THE BEST!
I love the hotel. Everything is so good. Thanks for Eda from animation team. She was so cute and friendly. She made my day and vacation more fun. The food was great. Hotel and the rooms were clean. I love everything. I hope everyone thinks the same because this hotel deserves a 5 star review.
