This amazing hotel is located just about 10-minutre car ride away from Manavgat, Turkey. The Antalya Airport can be reached within a 50-minute car ride. Public transport links are within a 10-minute walk. Guests will be delighted to know that the beach is at a walking distance from the complex. If your English or want a relaxing holiday don’t bother
On first glance hotel is nice and clean that why it’s got a 1 star Rooms have light fittings hanging off air con is non existent If you want to sleep before 1 -2 am think again we are on 3 rd floor and have noise of music people talking/shouting Food has no choice on the all inclusive buffet it’s the same every day and trying to figure out what it actual is well your guess will be as good as mine Management don’t want to know if you have any issues our room door won’t close without slamming it so when maid comes she can’t close it so we got back to an open room every time where anyone could have got in I spoke to management and their response was I will make sure we have a strong guest that can shut the door always allocated to this room…pathetic!!! Wasn’t bothered that anything could have been stolen
I will not be returning to this hotel again and hope no English do either
Ohh and don’t try and take food out of restaurant they will take off you at the door

The perfect place to relax!
I am currently staying at the Side Crown Palace. I can tell you that the hotel is really very good in every way. The staff is generally very pleasant. Mr. Cem at the reception is really friendly, as is Mr. Ünsal from the Guest Relations service. The room is really very spacious. There is a balcony that overlooks the pool directly. The meals are really very good. It is the first time I am visiting this hotel, and I can tell you that I am really very satisfied. The hotel is located just a few kilometers from Side and Manavgat.

We leave tomorrow after a wonderful week with family and friends.

HORRIBLE STAFF
THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE STONED DOWN FOR THEIR DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! PLEASE DO NOT STEP IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE VEGETARIANS OR BRITISH! We are currently staying at this hotel checking out tomorrow. We are a group of 6 vegetarian family members. WORST EVER HOTEL EXPERIENCE. The staff members are HORRIBLE, RUDE and totally uninterested in the guests. They don’t like English or British people and they make it very obvious. I had a drunk lady in her bikini who was lost on my floor and was knocking on my room door for help. When I called the reception they said they will send someone. NO BODY CAME FOR 30 minutes while I was trying to comfort her - until the lady fell down banged her head and passed out on my door step in front of me. I had to beg and scream at the reception to help her. They simply didn’t bother! Very shameful! We stayed for 7 nights all meals inclusive package.. but THERE WAS 0.01% VEGETARIAN options in starters & main course - JUST BOILED VEGETABLES DROWNED IN WATER. ZERO VEGETARIAN DESSERTS. We requested multiple times to make vegetarian food for us. BUT THE CHEFS RUDELY REFUSED. We tried to speak to the Guest Relations Manager on day 2.. waiting for 15 minutes at her desk in the lobby.. she did not even acknowledge us and was busy gossiping with another staff member. She had a zero expression blank uninterested face with no courtesy. She heard us out with no expression and just said with a blank face “you fill a form and I tell the kitchen to mark the vegetarian food. I cannot do anything else” the most nonsense and stupid response! We didn’t ask for the boiled vegetables to be marked! Only Chef Norretti who comes in the afternoon was kind enough to make mushroom curry for us on some of the days he was there. We could see all the other chefs angry and annoyed at Chef Norretti for helping. All seven days we were left to eat water melon and musk melon and pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinners. After begging and pleading we got eggless pancakes on two mornings. Its the WORST HOTEL WITH WORST GUEST SERVICE. CHEFS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE VEGETARIAN FOOD. They told us you already have vegetarian food on the buffet why should we cook extra. So I took a picture of the so called vegetarian options (boiled vegetables) for us and the response from chefs everytime when we asked for any food. My entire family starved at this place for one week. We came here to celebrate my husbands birthday and my son’s 18th birthday. Worst experience and horrible service. They deserve stones and not stars! PLEASE DO NOT STEP IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU ARE VEGETARIANS…YOU WILL DIE HERE OF HUNGER!
A wonderful stay at Side Crown Palace
Our stay at Side Crown Palace was truly wonderful. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and varied, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful.
A very special thank you goes to the animator Marwa. She is an incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate person who does her job with genuine passion. She always finds time to talk to every guest, asks how your day is going, and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. What impressed me the most was that she remembers the names of so many hotel guests, which creates such a warm and personal atmosphere.
Marwa's smile, kindness, and positive energy make this hotel an even more special place. People like her are truly priceless and deserve recognition. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable. We hope to come back again someday!
