No one in there to meet us at 3am in the morning. No information on breakfast times or location. Room electric were dangerous. Only way to get powers not put the key in the key fob, all of this was with in the first 20 minutes. A room for two people only one towel. Full drive door falling off balcony door jammed reported it. Told someone's coming out to repair it never did. Man ended up using WD-40 on the second day to get the balcony door to open just. Bathroom the shower window sill and that's covered in mould toilet seat broken ants coming out from this hand basin. No hanging space hang towels or anything. Bathroom light was non-existent. Room cleanliness awful the information said daily room cleaning service we were lucky we got it once every four to five days. And only them because we moaned. Set the rooms for soundproofed joke over you could hear everything from everywhere. Hotel swimming pool if you could get a bed there and that's a big gift because of letting other people in and taking money for it so there's no room for us no health and safety Paul's skimmed and cleaned twice no debt warning no safety ring no jumping diving signs anything poor steps on the verge of falling out. Also pool was invaded by many many local kids not staying at the hotel. On arrival no one to help with our cases so friends struggled carring up stairs being of the older generation. Then no kettles in room ,which I asked them about before booking and was told yes kettles in room . A lie. Friends room next door had a leaking toilet and sink , no one came to look or attempt to fix the 4 days we were there and everytime they shut their door plaster fell off around door. Bare wires in showers for hair driers. Lovely view and pool ok.
