Worst place ever! It is not coming close even to 3 star hotel. I will explain each step- at arrival we were greeted and shown the room, all ok with that. Room was so outdated, everything old. Air con doesn’t work if you open balcony or leave the room. Electricity doesn’t work when you leave so no way to charge phone and also fridge gets warm. In the morning we could smell sewage in the room, asked for assistance. They placed some round smell blocking thing in the shower which helped with the smell. Jacuzzi’s plug kept getting stuck so had to ask maintenance to come and get it out. Rooms are NOT cleaned, only towels changed which also weren’t clean and smelled of food and some had marks on them. Even when left a tip, room wasn’t cleaned. They even left a bag full of rubbish in the bathroom. Cleaner poured out a glass of juice on to balcony on the wall and onto the floor which was sticky for the remaining of the holiday. Bathroom had a leak so floor was constantly wet. In day 6 got fed up and called guest relations, asked if rooms are meant to be cleaned and they said - yes, every day. After the call we had our room “cleaned” (finally got clean bedsheets and sink cleaned but not toiled or floor or anything else). We had to clean out own jacuzzi. You only get one liquid in a soap container to wash body and hair with same thing. No bathrobe or ironing board. In the lift you can easily pass out as there is no air con, same in all public areas, they do not switch the air con on! In day time they have the air con on minimum in the reception area and thats all! Floors are wet and not dried in timely manner so watch your step! In the evening you sweat your pants off if you want to stay in any public area. After complaining about cleaning, I walked past reception and the looks what reception manager gave me just inappropriate. Manager made comments multiple times when we were asking for something in the reception thinking that we won’t understand but I do understand Turkish, I just don’t speak the language. He shouldn’t be there, rude and unpleasant. Staff in that place do not care about guests, so ignorant and unapproachable. The food is ok only if you are there for a day or two because its all the time the same thing. For dinner you get leftovers from lunch. They even give you leftovers from previous day, just they make it as a cold dish. For example- last nights hot chicken will be made into a cold chicken pieces. There is always the same fish in sauce, baked fish, chicken in sauce and veal in sauce. Cleanliness is non existent. Staff when clearing table, don’t even wipe it. In front of me he just took a cloth and dusted food leftovers onto the floor and placed clean matts on. We had to go and get our own cutlery and napkins most days. Drinks are horrible, not sure what is in there but everything is so limited and watered down. Beer tastes like water. You are lucky if you get a clean glass for your drink. The only good part was that there were loungers always available at the pool. Nobody is looking after the pool area during the day. People are allowed into main pool with food and drink, they go in with babies with nappies who can poo and pee in there and no one cares. They have a kids pool so that’s where kids should go, especially babies. Long waiting at the pool bar, you have to wait even for a soft drink or ice. Entertainment during the day is very limited and only for 30mins. Entertainment team is on site all day so not sure why they don’t do more activities. Evening entertainment was horrific apart from magic show and bingo. The live music lady was singing in the way you can’t figure out what she’s on about not even talking about the voice, it felt like she was just randomly picked up from street and asked to sing. They had Turkish traditional entertainment which was such a let down, so unprofessional and chaotic. They had kids disco which was exactly the same every time, same songs, same moves. Maybe kids didn’t mind but was draining to adults listening and watching same thing all over again and again. Beach was busy but nice. Apart from the fact that loungers and bar is a bit far from the actual water but nothing too crazy. You get a golf cart which gets you from hotel to the beach and back if you don’t want to walk. Everything around and in the hotel stunk of sewage. Nobody from staff (just few) understand English. They communicate with you in german and some polish so interaction was very limited at the stage that they don’t understand simple things and to explain what issues you have in the room or anywhere is impossible unless you use translator. Only person who could communicate was security at the gate. We are not the only ones who had such an experience, we spoke to some guests who also had issues we had and many more on top of that. If this would be my first experience in Turkey, I would never go back there but luckily we have been fortunate enough to actually experience what a good service and 5star hotel is previously. Devastating to pay 3k for a holiday from which we couldn’t wait to go back home. Very unpleasant experience. I could close my eyes on the hotel outdated, worn facilities but the service provided is the worst ever! Only person who who made us feel welcomed was the older gentleman with grey hair who was mostly at the lobby. Oh yeah, and don’t go to Al la carte, it’s a scam. You literally get food from buffet. The difference is that it’s plated up for you and you are separate from other guests. Such a shame that this place doesn’t represent Turkey well at all.

We booked our package two months in advance for a stay from late August to early September. Given the poor price-to-quality ratio, the stay felt vastly overpriced. Despite its 5-star rating, the hotel is outdated and product quality is low. I tried a cocktail once—it tasted horrible—so for eight days, I drank water and a little Sprite. The food choices were extremely limited:

1. No options for lactose intolerance; getting plant-based milk for morning coffee and one of my children was a daily struggle.
2. No real variety or fresh options (e.g., fresh grilled chicken breast or turkey). Almost everything for kids was frozen, and there was zero baby food available.
3. You won't starve, but this hotel is definitely not for picky eaters.

Two days before checkout, one of my children was hospitalized with gastroenteritis (enterocolitis). This happened despite both kids taking daily preventive probiotics starting five days before the trip and throughout our stay. The next day, I developed symptoms as well, and after we landed home, my youngest child fell ill too. We strongly suspect the source of infection was the drinking water provided by the hotel’s water dispensers at the restaurant, pool and beach. Drinking water was definitely the only possible cause, as I only waded into the pool and sea up to my feet, so I didn't swallow a single drop of pool or sea water that could have caused these issues. The child who ended up in the hospital drank a massive amount of plain water, whereas the rest of us drank mostly soft drinks. To make matters worse, asking for bottled water at the restaurant bar was a nightmare—they absurdly told us to walk all the way to reception to get a bottle while we were having our meal. We had modest expectations regarding accommodation, food, and entertainment, but ending up in the hospital due to contaminated water is unacceptable and alarming. I cannot recommend this hotel unless you find an exceptionally low promotional price and avoid water from the dispensers.
