Lovely holiday, would recommend
I have really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We came in a group of 3 couples and had three rooms between us. Unfortunately we had bottom floor rooms and so didn’t have the best view however I found the rooms were clean and well kept. The cleaning service everyday was very good. The rooms don’t have working cold air conditioning and instead had hot air conditioning. I explained this as a problem with reception and they failed to help me and provide a solution. The food at the hotel was good, they had a good selection each day. The desserts looked good however they tasted abit bland. The beach bar for lunch was amazing, you could choose a meal and they would live cook this for you in front of you. The drinks and all bar staff were really friendly and very attentive to our needs.
In particular I was very impressed by ‘Smiley’ who I believe was part of the entertainment crew. He was a pleasure to speak to and really made the effort to ensure we had a nice stay. He spoke really good English and so understood well any issues we had and did his absolute best to make this better. I think he is a credit to the hotel and a friendly face to all guests. Thank you very much for all your help!
Overall, I would recommend this hotel as I think it’s a good base with good shopping nearby and lots of trips locally.

Highly recommended! Outstanding service, great food with 4 chefs cooking different dishes live, clean rooms. No complaints at all, everything was just perfect.
