Nice rooms, good food, friendly staff.
A lovely hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good food and nice outdoor pools. The indoor gymnasium equipment is a bit tired - some machines could do with replacement. The pool areas do get very busy . Top tip- go and swim in the sea from the end of the hotel pier- it’s less crowded.

Amazing big family holiday!
A family group of 13 of us came on holiday together for 2 weeks and had the most fantastic time here. The location is on the beach and only a 10-20 minute drive to the old town and popular Manvagat market where you can do plenty of shopping. The family room we stayed in was clean and spacious and a good sized garden with a table and 2 chairs. We needed a cold fridge for my child's medication and they were great in changing out my fridge for a colder one and moving our beds together as my son tends to roll out of it. The hotel room locations are like a maze- it takes a day of going back and forth from your room to really remember your route. The atmosphere is great, always a pleasure to have lazy days at the hotel where they play good music to chill and swim to. Everyday there is some sort of aquaarobics in the pool with noodles, trampolines or bikes. There are also 2 daily sessions of darts (21) which is great laugh and lead by Aylin, Kaan or Lasaad- they keep track of the score and make it a fun game for strangers to come together and have fun! In the evenings there are a range of stage shows to watch which are fantastic, something for everyone. My particular favourites were the Globe Masters (on motorbikes in the globe), Aviso circus and the Family fest which is full of carnival games and bouncy castles etc for the kids. There are also scheduled activities in the kids club next to the kids waterslide pool as well as a baby/toddler room and a teen room with consoles and pool table etc. We would definately return to this hotel and reccomend other to come!
Incredible hotel & service
A lovely family hotel resort based in the Side region of Antalya. The staff throughout the resort really couldn’t have done anymore for all of us (party of 15). The quality of the food was exceptional in both variety and flavour, we all found something we enjoyed at every meal time! As a group we spent everyday around the pool 7am-7pm, one staff member in particular Murat (Pool service) looked after our every need! Constantly fetching our drinks and being extremely accommodating to our every need! Our experience has been nothing short of 5 stars, and I fully expect to return in the near future. Thank you 🫶
Fantastic hotel and kids club.
The hotel Paloma Perisdia kids club and disco have been fantastic. The team are very energetic and really do a great job of keeping the kids engaged. Both my son and daughter loved the disco and enjoyed the face painting and games room in the club. Thank you! The overall hotel was also fantastic, however this review is specifically for the great evening entertainment and kids activities.

Honest review – definitely not 5-star standard
We stayed at Paloma Perissia for 8 nights, and unfortunately, my honest opinion is that this hotel is not at the level of a 5-star hotel. The staff are hardworking, friendly and helpful, particularly the waiters and bar staff, but the service is not exceptional compared with other 5-star all-inclusive resorts. Having stayed in 5-star resorts in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Dubai, I would rate Paloma Perissia closer to a 4-star hotel. For families with children around 9–16, I would especially not recommend it. The kids’ activities are mainly aimed at younger children, while activities such as water polo and beach volleyball are mixed with adults, meaning older children struggle to participate. My 12-year-old son found there was very little specifically for his age group apart from the pool and beach. The rooms are relatively small and the cleaning was disappointing. Our room also needed maintenance: the bathroom extractor was falling down, water leaked out of the shower onto the floor, and despite reporting this several times, nothing was properly resolved. Some common areas, including the beach toilets, also need much better cleaning. The beach service is another area that falls short of what I would expect from a 5-star resort. Guests often have to go to the bar themselves, and on some occasions there was nobody available to help with umbrellas or sunbeds. Omar from the bar was particularly helpful when we needed assistance. The SPA is the exception — the therapists were excellent, and the treatments were reasonably priced. This was genuinely 5-star quality. Overall, we were disappointed. Even compared with other 5-star hotels in Turkey, and particularly within the Paloma chain, we felt Paloma Perissia was below the standard expected for the price. Good hotel, hardworking staff, but definitely not a 5-star experience in our opinion.
