Ignore bad reviews, not a 5 star but a good hotel
I can only think bad reviews are down to so many different nationalitys ,there was only us and one other English couple there so if u looking to mix with other English couples its probably not for u but overall the hotel is fine , rooms kept clean , pool area spotless , food is ur typical Turkish fare so all depends on what u like to eat can always get nice chicken/tuna salads ,chips etc fresh bread always available Staff never met one who wasn't willing to give a smile and a hello u have to remember if u are pleasant an friendly u will recieve the same back , wish could say the same about the guests (RUDE) which should never reflect on the hotel or staff . Beach area i didn't think much of an could do with a revamp but other than that I couldn't complain. Location is great there is shops an restaurants in any direction u chose to walk. If ur going into old town side take the everenski (3) only on it about 15 mins no need to pay 15 euro each way in taxi its only 1 euro 50 cents. Well worth a visit 😄

Fab holiday
The hotel was amazing ! For the price they charge you really have no reason to complain, lovely hotel nice big comfortable rooms, always cleaned everyday and left smelling lovely and fresh. Staff all so friendly always making sure you are topped up with drinks with table service around the pool and always remember your order. Yes food can be a little repetitive but that’s standard for all inclusive but the food was great and of good quality. Also location - great location loads within walking distance shops bars restaurants salons we both had hair cuts and massages on the last day so went home fully pampered. Bus stop right outside so easy to explore the local area we went 6mins on ,but to look at the old ruins defo worth the trip for some history. Free shuttle bus to the beach where they have a bar with food and drinks all included in the all inclusive price Will defo be back thanks again x
Never go
Terrible place. I stayed hungry during my vacation, there was no entertainment or animation team, and it was extremely boring. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was also no proper choice of cocktails at the bar. If I had the option not to stay there, I definitely wouldn’t have.
Also, as far as I know, hotels in Turkey are no longer allowed to make copies of guests’ documents, yet this hotel took copies of my personal documents.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel but a 1 star. The reception staff are rude and don't understand English. Hotel is dark and dirty, food was disgusting.

Location is ideal and hotel it decorated lovely rooms are small but ok however the hotel had zero atmosphere some guests were quite rude some of the staff were friendly others didn't speak or understand English went to reception several times and was unmanned cleaners came into room three times in a week no bedding was changed towels changed once I wouldnt recommend for families with kids they offered no food for the kids we had to eat out and my daughter lived on chips when we ate at the hotel food was Cold alot of the time there were no ice-cream on offer we got told that we would beable to get midnight snacks 12.00-12.30 this was soup and was served 11pm -about 11.20pm the bar is supposed to serve drinks until 12 this was open until 11.45 as the staff said they only work until 12 and have to clean down
