Keep away bedding changed once in 5days mucky room no proper bedding no TV didn't work ants everywhere no bath towels 1 chair on balcony poor lighting no hot water the list goes on very noisy 5 star hotel workers stay there banging doors till 3am moved to another hotel after 5 days had enough

I booked 2 weeks bed and breakfast through Travel Republic as a package deal, the Hotel is situated laid back slightly from a main road surrounded by bars restaurants and shops. Overall the hotel provided cheap, basic accommodation, which would benefit from a complete and comprehensive makeover as it looks tired and rundown with very poor management and supervision of staff, who were for the most part friendly and helpful. My room was a small twin, with good air conditioning at no extra cost, there was no fridge, the television only had 3 stations in English language, all news channels and difficult to find, German guests were treated to over 30 channels. The bedroom, like the rest of the hotel, was tired and in need of a total refurbishment and makeover, the bed whilst adequate with clean linen, was hard and after a few nights resulted in backache, not just to myself. The nightclub across the road has loud music with incessant drum beats continuing until between 1 and 2am each morning, the call to prayer before dawn at 4am in June, the double glazed balcony doors cut down on the noise but the vibration and sound was still disturbing as was the sound of the traffic, particularly the young revers making their presence felt. I wasn't happy with the overall cleanliness, the hotel only employs the one cleaning woman, who in spite of doing her very best was stretched much too far and had an impossible task. The breakfast was laid out on the bar top at 8am every morning and was a poor show, no butter for the bread, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumber slices, melon, spreads, cheese all subject to the flies in abundance, I wasn't at all impressed, nor by the cleanliness of the bar area. The pool didn't appear to be well cleaned or cared for and I avoided using it. I can't say that I enjoyed my stay here, though the staff were friendly and helpful people, I felt it lacked attention from the management and owners.

I made booking last weekend and was supposed to stay here in October. Booking was made via Booking.com and according to booking and payment rules I was supposed to pay whole amount upon arrival with free cancellation until two days before my arrival. Two days after booking hotel was taking whole amount from my credit card and I immediately cancelled my booking cause they did not follow the booking and payment rules. Booking.com has sent them request to refund my money and adviced me to take contact with the hotel also. Hotel does not answer emails or phone calls. They have been illegaly charging my credit card. Dont book this hotel cause they dont obey the booking and payment rules!
