Amazing hotel 5 star food Amazing staff This hotel has everything! I cannot fault this hotel
Very nice hotel we really enjoyed our time here we are definitely planning to come back foods were amazingly delicious and we had a great time. Big shoutout to Su she was so lovely and friendly ❤️
a good hotel for families with small children, quiet, clean, friendly staff and tasty food
This was my 4th time visiting Miramare. I love this hotel and the location, but felt on this visit it had lost a little bit of it's charm. Extremely busy (which is good for the hotel) but it wasn't always so and for the first time, found myself queuing at times for lunch and dinner. Very busy around the pool this year also with people not respecting your space and having their kids using your sunbed to take a running jump into the pool, the funny thing was having the family next to ours tell their own kids to do it away from them and go somewhere else (so a few words were said) A few things that have changed in the years I have been there was the Aircon??? What's happened? We were upgraded to a garden room where the aircon would not go below 24 degrees (I am English and this is way too warm after a day in the Turkish heat). Spoke with reception who advised this was throughout the hotel...why? This temp is silly and needs to be around 19c for comfort, what made it worse is our Aircon turned off in the middle of the night (2am) every night. And only stopped the last two days we were there. Communication still an issue? Why? Why is this a predominantly German hotel? English is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world? Yet this was still a struggle at times, first two or three times visiting was tolerable but this time you would have thought they would have this sorted. Along with the German only kids entertainment which seems crazy as there are now multi national guests going week in and week out. Roller skate guy wasn't there when we were there either which was a shame. This is a great hotel, but feel they are starting to cut corners and as they are becoming more well known, this will only be a detriment to the hard work that has made this a gem over the last few years. I won't be coming back for a while unfortunately, but thank you for the last few years, I have had a great time.
Amazing holiday would definitely recommend to anyone considering to book this hotel, the staff are so friendly and are willing to do anything for you. So many entertainment options whether it’s for couples, kid or the whole family. Ask for Su for any entertainment options, she’s the best so friendly and very well spoken.
