This pleasant hotel is situated just outside of Side, only five kilometres from the old town centre and beautiful Roman ruins, including a Temple of Apollo and amphitheatre. A long stretch of sandy beach dotted with sun loungers and parasols is just steps from the hotel, and guests can spend lazy afternoons lounging in the sun by the outdoor pool, which features three waterslides and a separate children's pool. The onsite spa offers rest and relaxation with its services including massages, Turkish bath, and sauna, while the kids' club provides entertainment for children ages 4 to 12 as well as a ‘mini-disco' in the evenings. The hotel also offers an animation programme and volleyball, tennis and basketball courts for guest leisure. Threatening and unprofessional experience
My family and I stayed at the Miramare Beach Hotel for 10 days and our experience was horrifying to say the least.
We were having great time the first part of our trip, up until Food and Bar manager Mustafa verbally assaulted and physically threatened me and my family at the patisserie.
Previously in the day I had lost my wristband at the beach, although I was with my family who all had theirs. When I went to the patisserie bar counter to order 2 espressos, Mustafa aggressively interrogated me about the band. I calmly explained to him that I had lost it and agreed with him that I would get a new one at the reception. He continued shouting "I am the boss, I will kick you out of my hotel, out of the beach, my hotel my rules". We thought maybe he had been using substances because his behaviour was unexplainable and erratic. My wife (wearing the wristband) came the bar trying to deescalate, and she, instead, ordered the 2 espressos. Mustafa at this point shouted at my wife as well saying that she would not be getting any service either. My wife showed him the wristband then he switched to saying she would only receive one espresso, not two. Mustafa then physically threatened us by approaching aggressively to initiate physical contact and started shouting insults, displaying gangster behaviour in order to try and intimidate me and my family as he and the barista, Sude (his mistress) laughed. We were in complete shock and couldn't believe that the behaviour he was displaying had been tolerated by the hotel.
The guest relations and general managers expressed their sincerest apologies about his inappropriate and threatening behaviour and said they would open an investigation into it, however Mustafa remained as a part of the working staff for the rest of our stay.
All we wanted was a sincere apology from him, but when the general manager finally forced him to come and apologize he pretended he couldn't speak English (even though he berated and humiliated us perfectly the day before in English).
The guest relations staff tried their best to restore our trust in the hotel with a free airport service, but our entire trip now is to be remembered by the unprofessionalism, hostility, and disrespect that Mustafa showed us. We will never be returning here again and urge you to consider other options for hotels or resorts if you do not want to traumatize your family and have your $24,000 vacation ruined with an experience like ours.
Wonderful hotel
What an absolutely fantastic hotel. The food was delicious, everywhere was so clean, all the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Fab stay at Miramare Beach
Just leaving Miramere Beach today and we have had a wonderful week. The food has been great and the facilities are so clean. Staff are all fab and can’t do enough for you. Special mention to Oguzhan on rollerblades who brought drinks to our sunbeds always with a smile Tarik in particular has been so funny and always came to chat. Thanks for a great holiday:-)
