Once again an amazing holiday
I don't know how the melissa gardens did it but they beat an amazing holiday from last year to a better one this year. I have never been to a hotel that actually feels like home and now makes me not want to go anywhere else. The staff are the loveliest most hard working friendliest people I have ever met. They will do anything to help and have a permanent smile and are brilliant with the kids also. They remember all the kids name I have twins age 14 and there was a huge group of friends they made who all are wanting to rebook like us next year. There were foam parties where staff got involved and got thrown in the pool. Dancing, turkish buffet nights where the food was lovely amongst other things going on. We went half board the foot was always fresh and served hot to your table. In regards to steak night the steak yaz cooked at the table for us was the best steak we have ever tasted. The 2 bedroom apartments are lovely clean and spacious All the staff were amazing Yaz, Ahmet,Mustafa. Emir (who made us laugh every day) , Roshan, Amir, Açelya (the lifeguard ) and every single other person who I'm sorry I don't know all names but from the cleaners to everyone thank you so much! ! See you next year 😀

very good and welcoming. rojhat is a very nice talented worker who made everyone feel welcomed and involved everybody. he always made me and everyone laugh and is a great asset to the hotel team. he is my favorite worker there and i hope to see rojhat again next year.
Family holiday
The food at the hotel is so good and the entertainment at night is unbelievable all the staff are nice and most staff speak English it was so cheap been twice I would recommend visiting.

We have just returned from an amazing summer holiday at Melissa Garden Apartments, and as a family of five we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. A huge thank you to Mustafa, Emir, Yaz, Ahmet, Cevdet, Yusuf, Yunus, Kasim, and Walid. You all work so hard, always with a smile, and nothing was ever too much trouble. You truly made our holiday unforgettable.
We did have a couple of minor issues with the refrigerator and the air conditioning, but both were dealt with promptly and professionally, which really showed how much the staff care about their guests.
The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and welcoming, making it feel more like staying with family than at a hotel. The staff genuinely care about ensuring everyone has a fantastic holiday, and it really shows.
We would 100% recommend Melissa Garden Apartments to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday in Side. Thank you all for making such wonderful memories for our family—we can’t wait to come back!
