The hotel is located just 600m from the beach and 8km from the resort of Side and its many shops, bars and restaurants and ancient ruins. Renovated in 2012, this air-conditioned hotel is surrounded by extensive gardens and comprises 180 rooms over 4 floors with additional rooms in bungalow type buildings in the grounds. The inviting lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a currency exchange desk and a safe. The hotel also has a bar, a hairdressing salon, an auditorium, a games room and a TV room. Further facilities include an A la carte restaurant and a conference room. The tasteful rooms each come with a bathroom and fully - equipped as standard. Some rooms are without a balcony. There is a swimming pool and activity pool and a poolside snack bar in the well-kept outdoor complex. In addition, there is a sauna, a steam room and various massage treatments on offer.

Traveled with a friend in June 2023. In general, I liked the hotel very much. The territory is not big, but very beautiful, green, well-groomed, clean. The food is good, the hotel staff is very polite, responsive, everyone works quickly. Always greeted with a smile! The animation is good, both adults and children liked it! Well done guys! In the evenings there were parties, shows, disco! Alex, Diana, Vasi, Anya - guys, you are super! I recommend this hotel! We will be happy to come back!!!

WORST HOTEL EVER NEVER AGAIN !
I paid ALL INCLUSIVE Terrible place terrible restaurant, staff speaking only Turkish and Russian none of them speaks English . This put me to never visit Turkey anymore. I waited 9 hours in the lobby until my booking it was confirmed ( crazy I know ) . The beach it was far away from the hotel and it was the worst beach ever it started right away deep . The rooms was never cleaned so old inside and smells so bad . For wifi you need to pay also for the safe box inside the room they not taking euros or any other currency only dollars Turkish lira and Russia currency. A lot of people from Russia not welcomed to Europe people. If you booked cancel as fast as you can because is gonna be the worst’s vacation in your life . Never AGAIN !
Not bad, but not the best
We are still here but I'm ready to write a review. What I can say is that all the negative things mentioned by other tourists are true. The hotel is old and needs renovation, but the staff does not care about it. It was the first time for me that there was no Wi-Fi even at the reception/lobby. That was really incredible. I forgot to print our voucher so they asked me to send it later when I find a way to get the internet. That's so stupid! But ok. The room is okay, but the curtain is cut by the scissors from one side, and one of the windows is white / unclean (I don't know why). In the bathroom, the water goes out on the floor which is uncomfortable for me, but my husband does not care. So the room leaves to be desired. But there are some pros: calm, not hot at night (we slept with an open window without the air-conditioner working which is good because we are here with a child and are afraid he can catch a cold. The room is pretty big. So, in general, that is fine if you are not very picky and have not paid a lot of money for this hotel. The food is good. Our family always could find what we liked (french fries and grilled chicken are very tasty). There are some burgers served on the hotel beach as well. We tried them once and preferred to eat at the hotel because of the wider variety. The beach is fine, but not all the sunbeds are under the tent. It was not bad for us because we were all the time near the water with our son. Water is great at this time. But the water goes deep very fast and when the sea is covered with waves there are many people close to the shore. So, our conclusion is that the hotel is situated well and could be very good but requires a skilled and strong manager to renovate it and improve the service.

About the staff
I liked the hotel, good beach, food, there is animation, but there are problems with the staff at the hotel, an employee named Zayn pestered me several times, offered to retire with them in the room, spend time, was persistent and did not give passage, this fact greatly spoiled the rest and the overall impression. The hotel administration should more closely monitor the behavior of the staff.

Quiet nice pools not for English /restaurants and shops within 5 mins walk/ beach 10 min walk/not for English/relaxing
9 days at this hotel only English guest for whole 9 days staff don’t speak any English although reception were really helpful trying to communicate with me. Hard beds/ pillows no entertainment for us
