The sandy beach is 900m away and a free shuttle service is available. The ancient city of Side is 3km with a good variety of bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping opportunities. Links to the public transport network can be found within a couple of minutes' walk from the property. The hotel features two outdoor swimming pools and two children's pools, which are surrounded by palm, banana and other tropical trees. Sun loungers, parasols and a poolside snack bar, as well as a massage treatment area and Turkish bath are other amenities guests can benefit from.

To start with receptionist mohamed and mera so genuine and professional we arrived late at night mohamed seeing I have mobility problems carried my case to the room without asking amazing.moving onto housekeeping absolutely amazing.then we have the onsite mini market dear adame and mona the most beautiful ❤️ couple I have ever had the good fortune to meet.the bar and restaurant Amazing all the lads were great.last but not least Mehmet the GM he is true professional I have worked for 52 years in customer service this man is of claridges service very professional.i look forward to seeing you all in may 27 lolscotty and Jackie.

We arrived at the Lemus Suite Hotel on 30th of September. When we got to our room it had a very strong smell of urine and was very unclean. We went to reception and the guy said he would send a cleaner up straight away. A man turned up and poured a bit of liquid in the toilet and randomly on the floor at the bottom of the bed and around the beside tables, when we wiped up the liquid as we kept treading in it, the towel from wiping the floor was black with dirt and so were our socks from walking on the floor. The next morning the room still smelt of urine, the man agreed to change our room. The next room he showed us was equally as bad, so he showed us another one which was no better but a bit bigger so we took that he was going to charge us an extra 50e! The restaurant area is filthy it is the same area used for the bar at night and not once on our 3 visits to breakfasts did anyone clean the tables so it was attracting flies. There are cats roaming around trying to sit on the chairs next to you and begging when you go up to the buffet. After 3 days we checked out and went to stay at a hotel around the corner which was extremely clean. If you are looking to stay here I would be very skeptical of all the good reviews. The hotel rooms were filthy and smelt awful, all furniture is battered and dirty and the restaurant area unfit to be serving food. I would avoid at all costs. The only thing I agree on from all those great reviews is the man in the shop was extremely helpful.

Great budget hotel
I was there in september and june for 2x3 week holidays Pool 5 star Rooms nice size nice and clean Great bar staff i was very well looked after I am disabled and on crutches the help i got of adem and mona from the shop was again fantastic . Mehmet is a great manager gave me a ground floor room close to pool bar and shop and made came said hello every day If yoy have a problem go see them talk to mehmet he will sort it out. I was planning to go in october but had some buisness i had to clear up and it was delayed by the time it was sorted the rain had arrived So see you next year again Best wishes martin

No welcoming
Just back from our 3rd and last visit to this hotel. We arrived early hours and Muhammed on reception was very courteous and helpful as was Adem in shop and cleaning staff. as for rest of staff definately in need some training in customer care which we felt very much missing. Totally blanked unless you spoke 1st you not very welcoming and were not only customers feeling this way.

Peaceful Oasis
We have regularly stayed at the Lemas since 2010 The Lemas is in a quiet location with mountain views It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop where you can travel to Side old town or to bigger shopping areas a few kilometres away for a small amount of money around 50p The hotel has a small shop that has everything you need at reasonable prices Adem and Mona who look after the shop are very kind and helpful and always on hand to offer advice The reception team are always there to help with requests and arrange taxis etc. This hotel is comfortable and clean, and has all that you need from a small friendly hotel. Rooms are dated but if they were refreshed then that would be reflected in what you pay. Breakfast has everything you need and chief will cook your eggs whichever way you wish, fried, flipped and runny. Restaurant team are professional and eager to please. The Bar serves most drinks, Prosecco seams to be a problem in most bars in Turkey I think the alcohol tax treats it as Champagne. The hotel has 2 pools, one in the main hotel with ambient music annd a chilled atmosphere, the other pool set in an orchard across the road. (our favourite)
