Occupying 9,500sqm of land, including an avocado plantation, this relaxing apartment hotel consists of apartments and studios with 20 hotel rooms located in the annex building. The sandy beach is 900m away and a free shuttle service is available. The ancient city of Side is 3km with a good variety of bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping opportunities. Links to the public transport network can be found within a couple of minutes' walk from the property. The hotel features two outdoor swimming pools and two children's pools, which are surrounded by palm, banana and other tropical trees. Sun loungers, parasols and a poolside snack bar, as well as a massage treatment area and Turkish bath are other amenities guests can benefit from.

Best pool in Side
4/5th time here. Amazing adult only pool so peaceful. Basic rooms fantastic air con in bedroom could do with it in both rooms 🥵 TV Fridge Rooms kept clean every day by the hard working cleaners, toiletries and toilet roll provided. Would be lovely to have a bottle of water on arrival. Absolutely recommend 🩷

The hotel that keeps on giving 😊
Another super holiday.. booked for 2 weeks but wasn’t enough so stayed 3, staff are amazing, so kind and attentive, keep saying I need to try elsewhere but I can’t bring myself too.. Yasin is a absolute pleasure and very hard working, as are they all, also this time round the cleaners were amazing, entertainment was good… keep up the good work.. also Mona and Adam are lovely.. yet again made more friends to add to our Lemas family group! till next time… thank you for everything, Lemas has a big place in my heart for sure.

Helin in reception is such a kind , helpful person, she speaks very good English and she makes everyone’s holiday so much better , bar staff are also very kind , friendly people , always happy to have a conversation and couple that work in the Lemas shop are so kind and friendly, genuinely lovely place to be

Great little 2 star budget hotel
Just spent 3 weeks at the lemus hotel had a really lovely relaxing time
Everything is prices in Euros in side the main pool 5 star
Theres another pool across the rd at the anex quiet no music great if you want peach and quite
Yes the hotel is 10 minute walk from all the pubs restaurants or a 2 minute taxi ride for 5 euros
Old town lovely too far to walk 10 euro taxi ride
The hotel has a private beach they take you and bring you back
Staff all lovely and friendly and all the lads at bar fantastic
The shop on site run by Adem and his wife and will do anything for you
Any information you need problems go see Adem
Rooms are dated but beds nice and clean
Just remember it’s a 2 star budget hotel you get what you pay for .
Would i go back HELL YES
Turkey prices have gone up due to inflation ect so don’t expect a cheap holiday anymore you still get your cloths nice a cheap but keep your wits about you when buying from shops .some of the hotel is rough around the edges but dont let it put you off
Food menu all ok nothing really to complain about apart from juices and coffee for breakfast
I love a game of pool but sorry the pool table is a heap of xxxx please please get a 6x3 foot new one before i come back in September
We would of payed 1 euro a game for a good table
I am disabled and they gave me room 111 which is brilliant for accessibility for reception shop pool bar

Cats come scrounging when your eating
Could not keep my door open to patio because fly screen ripped and cats come into room

Changing room to get changed once i checked out of my room dirty smelly i didn’t use once i opened door
Self catering equipment cooker fridge pots pans need a bloody good clean Cleaners need training in how to clean to a good standard
Hell yes of course i am coming back Thanks to the bar lads for staying on and putting late football matches on .

My experience was excellent, the facilities are good in terms of quality and price, clean and tidy, the pools are very big, I love them, very peaceful... but what impressed me the most is the quality of the people who work there, they make you feel like family.
