Immediately off to a bad start when we were placed in the wrong room and told we would “just need to move in the morning” meaning we spent a good amount of time alone moving rooms as we were told it wouldn’t be available until atleast 12pm. Bathrooms in the rooms are poor; broken lights, broken shower head and leaking. Also be aware that if you wish to shower you want to really hope no one else is also showering as you will be left with no water pressure and an ice cold shower. We had to have an engineer come out to fix out shower as it was only giving ice cold water. Additional to the rooms, walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING, multiple nights my partner and I were kept awake or woken too early in the morning. You have to pay if you want: a safe, aircon, wifi etc. Pool is not headed at all so if freezing and not good to use at this time of year even though it’s 24• currently. Staff in reception come across as rude. I was told to just leave my suitcase out in the open aswell as my hand luggage being told “it’s safe” when I have often seen reception unattended and it’s in the open. We were not informed until we signed out the room that dinner the night of the departure is NOT included so we had breakfast at 9am and we are now unsure trying to make a plan as to what to do about food as we will not land at home until 2am. Oddly enough. Dinner time was moved to 6:30pm tonight rather than 6 on the day for the departures of multiple families leaving around 6. Limited sunbeds I count 24 meaning we struggle to get a sunbed during the day so often come pool side around 3:30/4pm. Breakfast is not good, same thing everyday basically; there’s not fruit except orange slices, yogurt is lumpy, there are often no sweet option. It’s basically salad, 2 forms of cheese and 2 processed meats. Would NOT come back again thoroughly disappointed!
