Very good hotel like home
It was very good experience again.Yhe hotel was very clean,rooms were cleaning daily and always top.The restaurant was very enjoyable and a lot of choices always.The staff was very friendly and helpful.We will come back again next year.Thanks fır everything Labranda Excelsior.❤️❤️❤️

The best trip ever
I love this hotel so much, the staff is so nice and always laughing, They work a lot and the place is perfect for relaxation, and the beach is 8 minutes by foot, I love the all inclusive part and the air conditioning in every part of the hotel. I miss this place so much.
DO NOT BOOK!!!!
Turned up this hotel on the 30th April. Holiday has been booked since September and travel agent has had correspondence with them within the last month but when we turned up it was CLOSED DOWN!!!! They are still taking bookings and people's money via Google etc but the hotel is not operating. We were very lucky to have a great travel agent who swiftly rectified the situation and got us into another hotel but its still caused a lot of stress and worry that we were going to be left without anywhere to stay. DO NOT BOOK!
Is the hotel open
Is this hotel open ?… I have had to fill the form in as if I have been but waiting on answers from travel company as I travel this month I don’t want to be stranded in a foreign country with family looking for another hotel in the dark. I have emailed the hotel but had no reply as yet has anyone else booked here
Hotel Closed
Due to go next week, but have been contacted by our travel agent that the hotel is currently closed, so alternative has been given. Please check with your travel agent, before booking as you made need alternative hotel. Feeling disappointed as booked last year.
