Not good for a 5 star premium
2nd trip here as we enjoyed our first stay 2 years ago. On arrival no welcome drinks not very helpful at reception as English very poor. Nice rooms good shower small balcony. Corridors dreadful for a 5 star marked wall carpets are shockingly stained not acceptable. Most of staff very nice and polite this is very much a German and polish resort. The food has drastically got worse repetitive a lot of stews breakfast not good fruit tasteless everything is warm or cold not hot. The meats used are a cheaper cut fatty. Guy in souvenir shop lovely fellow. Needs an upgrade front of hotel not appealing bland. Pizza manager was rude because they kept bringing the wrong pizza as if this was our fault been ordering pizza at home for 40 years, and in my book olives are not mushrooms. Drinks cocktails all tasted different on every order. Asking for baileys receiving the cheaper version unless you went to bar. Lady in coffee shop fantastic lady happy helpful a credit to the hotel. We were going to try other kirman hotels but after this experience we will not be. It's a shame because 2 years ago the potential was there but this was one big drop in standards.

Not a great stay
This was our 2nd trip, hence returning. This hotel has gone down hill. 1st visit had a lady serving Greek yoghurt fruits and seeds at breakfast and a barbecue plus free spa or Turkish bath in our 10 days. This time nothing. Those little touches are gone. Staff good besides reception staff who can hardly speak any English or thanks for yr stay! Girl in coffee bar exceptional though, always jolly and a lovely person Food like warm or cold and very repetitive. Had prawns twice and ended up with a poorly tummy so stayed away from those after that. Booked in for 2 al la cartes when we arrived was told we could go to 1 on our 2 weeks stay, girl rang tha manager who said we could visit twice. We didn’t end up going after looking at the menu and all looked same as offering in the buffet restaurant. Cinema and bowling never opened either. Hotel looks run down with stains to carpets, mucky cushions in ground floor bar. I wouldn’t return to a kirman now as this trip was not as enjoyable as our first visit. English language is a massive barrier here, they cater more for Germans and Russians I believe
Best hotel in turkey
Been to Turkey many times, this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Food is amazing, lots of variety and on the go 24/7 with very tasty rolls late night. 24/7 drinks in the main bar, great cocktail bar, juice bar, and pool bar. Amazing promenade to sunbathe by the sea, with its own beach bar and restaurant. Spin classes in the pool which I have never seen before. Games room with play stati on a, pool table, file ball, Air hockey, basket ball and small bowling alley. Room was amazing with a hot tub and mini bar filled with soft drinks, beers and alcohol as well as pnuts and crisps. All free and replaced daily. Could not fault this hotel and staff were super nice. Would love to go back next august but the prices have increased so much that not sure we can, which is a shame. Thoroughly recommend

Staff where brilliant 10/10
Beautiful hotel. Lovely and clean. Absolutely excellent all inclusive package. The bedt we have ever had. Premium spirits branded bottles of beers. Magnum & Cornetto ice creams. The maids did a fantastic job. The Waiters & waitresses worked so, so hard. Always smiling and happy to help. Even when working long hours. The food in the restaurants was excellent. The only downside i can say is that I am dissoppointed with the Management team. Always seem to be telling there staff off.. in front of guests which is not very professional, even making a waitress cry. I am English and I acknowledged the managers on numerous occasions with a smile and a nod. But got totally ignored every time. They should lead by example. Maybe the managers should take a good look at themselves and praise there staff more. Luckily this didn't spoil our holiday, but has put thoughts into returning again.

From the moment we arrived at Side Marin Korman, we knew we'd made the right choice. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences we've had, and I gave it the highest rating without a second thought.
