If I had listened to all the negative comments I had heard before going we would have missed out on a really lovely hotel/holiday. Overall its a lovely hotel, clean and modern. Food was lovely and varied with enough staple beige foods to keep our son happy. Drinks were good we stuck to cocktails and sorts mainly, maybe a few more mocktails would be good. Room was clean, modern and comfortable, could do with a few bits of maintenance here and there but nothing dangerous. Pool area was really good if it was just slightly shallower maybe 1.30 would have been great as my son hates being out of his depth even tho he can swim 🙄. Missed out on the full 5 as there are bits that need maintenance eg the games room needs an upgrade, minibar wasn't refilled everyday, could take a while to get a drink when sitting for food.

Hotel is amazing. Hotel is moden and kept clean. Room was spacious and the mini fridge filled daily. Small shops on site and alot of shops close by on the street behind the hotel. Close to old town by taxi which costs about 15 euro. Id advise to bring euro if bringing money as this is the prefered currency. If doing a trip id advise the land of lions where you can hold a lion cub.. book direct through there website and you get pick up and drop off included. Swimming pool and water park is great. The swimming pool is big and there is a seperate pool for kids the pool is clean. Breakfast isnt the best but there is always something, if english there is no bacon or sausage so no proper english breakfast 🤣. Pool bar food is the best and they have different choices.. pizza.. burger.. salad.. fries.. kebab meat etc. Evening meal is ok. Good selction of ice creams and drinks. Animation team is polite and friendly and check on you daily around the pool. Theres alot to do daily around the pool, yoga, water polo, waterbikes(spin in water) they have a pool foam party which is good. The evening entertainment is good. Kids mini disco then main entertainment after. Symbat from the animation team is amazing and makes sure your ok daily. Id reccomend this hotel. Only down side is people smoke in all the outdoor parts.. around the pool.. in the pool bar when eating. Only smoke free area is inside the hotel.

It was a very nice experience. Great good, great people... Surely I would come again. I just can wait the next vacation. Great thanks to all the Calyptus Team!!!!!! ❤️😍👍😘😘😘

Family holiday
Arrived here on the 28th June as a family party of 7, first impressions of the hotel blew us away with how clean it has been and the welcome we got. Our luggage was taking too our room and we were checked in within 5 mins. Food was amazing found something for everyone even our fusssed of eater, drinks are perfect. Hotel is super clean and is the pool area is cleaned regularly. Entertainment could be better for kids but the entertainers couldn’t do more for you always round chatting to you making sure you know what is on during the day and at night. The entertainer who told us the most about entertainment and gave us information the most was symbat, took the time with us to explain things about the hotel that we didn’t know. Would come back for sure but the rooms don’t sleep families of 5.
