I have had a good experience, the staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel last year as well, so it was disappointing to see that some of the same issues are still there. We were hoping our feedback, along with other guests', would have led to a few improvements by now. The rooms are starting to feel a bit old, especially the furniture, and they could definitely use some renovation. That said, the hotel itself was very clean. The public areas, pool, and gardens were always well looked after, and we really appreciated that. Our first impression wasn't the best because check-in took quite a while. After a long journey, standing at reception for so long wasn't the welcome we were expecting. One thing that also surprised us was the beach bar. A lot of the drinks required an extra payment, which isn't something we expected at an all-inclusive hotel. The biggest disappointment was the dinner service. It often felt like the staff were more focused on talking among themselves than looking after guests. We also noticed several waiters and supervisors using their phones quite frequently. Even getting a simple drink sometimes took much longer than it should have. Another issue was the number of cats walking around inside the restaurant. We like animals, but seeing them constantly moving around the dining area wasn't very pleasant while eating. We also tried the à la carte restaurants, paying an extra fee, but unfortunately they weren't worth the additional cost. The service was very slow, communication was difficult, and it was hard to find someone who could really help us or understand what we needed. On a more positive note, Nazar Bar was easily one of our favorite places in the hotel. It was almost always busy, but the atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed spending our evenings there. There were plenty of good things about our stay too. The animation team was fantastic, and the activities throughout the day were genuinely fun. The party on the football field was one of the highlights of our holiday. The music, atmosphere, and energy were all amazing. We'd also like to say a special thank you to Fatih. He was always friendly, energetic, and great with guests. His positive attitude really made a difference and added something special to our holiday. Overall, this hotel has so much potential, which is why it's disappointing to see that some of the same problems still haven't been addressed after a year. We genuinely hope guest feedback will be taken seriously, because with a few improvements, this could easily become an excellent place for a holiday. We hope to come back again in the future and have an even better experience.
