Poor customer service and after sales. Only until they get your money.
Be careful about booking here. If you have any issues, customer service is non-existent. They have repeatedly ignored all my emails regarding a small issue. Yet they have been very actively responding to other queries about bookings. Shows that they only want your money and will not offer any after-sales service. I am a returning customer who has been treated this way. Next year, I will most definitely not be returning, and neither will any of my family.
