I was truly impressed by the Animation Team and their amazing show program. Every performance was flawless, highly energetic, and incredibly artistic. The hotel has brought together such talented dancers and performers! Every night and every party felt like a real concert to me, and the incredible performances made my stay at the hotel truly unforgettable. It was definitely one of the highlights of my holiday!

I rate my stay at the hotel as excellent. What I appreciated most was the dedication, energy, and passion of the entertainment team and the quality of their performances. The nightly shows were absolutely fascinating. It was clear how much effort, time, and energy the team put into every performance. The shows were incredibly well-prepared and polished — I have honestly never seen entertainment of such a high standard at a hotel before. The entertainers themselves were wonderful people. After their shows, they were always happy to dance with the guests, chat, and spend time with everyone. They were very approachable and often took the initiative to start conversations and make guests feel involved and welcome. The daytime pool activities were also fantastic and added a lot of variety and fun to the usual pool experience. When it comes to the entertainment team, this hotel truly deserves the highest praise. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine connection with the guests made my stay even more memorable. I have rarely met such an amazing and dedicated team!

Beautyfull place with grat personel and delicious food.
Far from 5 star hotel
Hygiene is on a low level, starting from the couches in the lobby. Bad smell coming from the toilet in the room, there was no separation glass between the shower area and the sink so the whole bathroom was flooding after a cautios shower. We were leaving the sign on the door for the room to be cleaned and we were coming back after 4 hours the room was not cleaned 2 days in a row. In the dinning area the marble floor is not even almost fell couple of times. Really outdated hotel and I would not never go back again ...

The best one
It was an amazing review in this hotel , acomodation it was good the staff was good . But i especially mention the animation team they did a great job entertain us and they did they job very well , they were amazing with us i had specially a good time with Valentina who was in the animation team , she was so kind and adorable and made us feel very velcomed .
