It was really 5*. The personnel was perfect, helpful, looked decent and so friendly. They speak russian, english, german and maybe some other languages too. Rooms were cleaned every day. Fresh water in mini fridge is free. But no freezer in fridge. Location might have been better, because our windows were at the big road, and there was also construction noise and a mosque noise that were very annoying. Mosque screams 04:40 and 22:00 and during the day. Beach was wonderful. Hotel shuttle drives very often but not by scedule. About 10 minute walk to the sea. Bazars are near and good bus connection to Side, Manavgat and other places. It may be bacause it was not a season yet, so the amph theatre shows were moderate. Just some bingo and karaoke. They also offered club nights out. Daytime pool games. We were lucky and got an early check in. And even if you have to wait your check in or a transport after check out time, you can use all the amenities - except room. Hamam was free. Wifi was good enough to make a video calls and watch online TV. Though, sometimes were some disconnections. There were a lot of kids and activities for them. Dining area was not huge but variety of foods were good. Also having lunch on beach, snack times, ice-cream time etc. Free vine and alcohol and coctails. Some negative: plates and cups were sometimes dirty. The amount of noise because of road, pool activies, construction work and mosque.

I have stayed in many hotels in Side, but this one was the weakest by far for a 5-star category. Although built in 2022, you can already notice clear flaws and wear – for instance, the elevators are very noisy and frequently out of order. The property is very small and intimate, with poor facilities, making it suitable only for guests who aren't looking for grand comfort or entertainment. It deserves a maximum of 4 stars, or even 3.5. The rooms and overall cleanliness were okay, and the food was good and tasty (the variety wasn’t huge, but there was enough to choose from). However, the positives end there. The pool is far too small for a 5-star resort, and the kids' paddling pool is tiny. There are barely any activities for guests. The daytime animation was mediocre and failed to encourage participation. As for the evening shows, during our entire two-week stay, outside acts only performed twice (including one very poor female singer). The rest of the nights were an absolute bore, filled with nothing but repetitive karaoke and bingo. The location is okay, and the beach is acceptable. A huge downside that caused a lot of discomfort was the behavior of the staff. The man from the SPA area was incredibly intrusive and pushy – he would bother us even while we were eating our meals. Despite repeatedly rejecting his massage offers, he simply wouldn't take no for an answer. Even when told directly that we weren't interested, he would still pull out his notebook and try to force a booking for a 15-minute free trial massage. His constant interrupting during meal times was the most disturbing part. On top of that, the bartenders and other staff focus heavily on flirting with female guests, taking tourists out to the beach at night, and bragging about it the next day. The drinks were also a complete nightmare – the all-inclusive package features zero imported alcohol (not even basics like Ballantines), only the lowest quality local spirits mixed with sickeningly sweet syrups. For a 5-star hotel, it is extremely poor. I will definitely not return, even if it were rated as a 4-star hotel with a cheaper price tag.
