Love this place
It was really 5*. The personnel was perfect, helpful, looked decent and so friendly. They speak russian, english, german and maybe some other languages too. Rooms were cleaned every day. Fresh water in mini fridge is free. But no freezer in fridge. Location might have been better, because our windows were at the big road, and there was also construction noise and a mosque noise that were very annoying. Mosque screams 04:40 and 22:00 and during the day. Beach was wonderful. Hotel shuttle drives very often but not by scedule. About 10 minute walk to the sea. Bazars are near and good bus connection to Side, Manavgat and other places. It may be bacause it was not a season yet, so the amph theatre shows were moderate. Just some bingo and karaoke. They also offered club nights out. Daytime pool games. We were lucky and got an early check in. And even if you have to wait your check in or a transport after check out time, you can use all the amenities - except room. Hamam was free. Wifi was good enough to make a video calls and watch online TV. Though, sometimes were some disconnections. There were a lot of kids and activities for them. Dining area was not huge but variety of foods were good. Also having lunch on beach, snack times, ice-cream time etc. Free vine and alcohol and coctails. Some negative: plates and cups were sometimes dirty. The amount of noise because of road, pool activies, construction work and mosque.

Okay hotel, but there are areas that could be improved!
Me and my family stayed at Hane Sun Elite Hotel for a week, and this is my thoughts!
At first sight the hotel seems nice, fresh & luxurious, which partially matches the experience. The hotel offers both a pool and a beach. A big plus is that there is a bus from the hotel that transports you to the beach, where there are sunbeds, food and drinks. The hotel has waterslides that work for children as well as youth and adults. The pool is large and can accommodate many people. Despite this it should be more sunbeds around the pool and also places to sit in the dining room. Because if you don't reserve early (which you're not even allowed to do) then you'll be left without a sunbed or a place to sit.
The communication. Some in the staff do not speak English, which prevents effective communication. Despite communication problems, many are very nice.
The rooms are modern and fresh. However, we had a lot of problems with the sewer, because it smelled in our room. Every time we had left the room for a long time, the whole room almost smelled like toilet. It is also VERY responsive in the rooms. Everything that happens outside is heard straight in. We stayed on the pool side and heard music and noise late at night. So you have to be prepared for that. The music near the pool at day is also very repetative, they play the same songs every day.
The photo shots: Some days you could take pictures with animals by the pool such as a parrot, lizard, snake or a monkey. It does not feel morally right to have animals here just so they can be in pictures. You could see that the animals were not comfortable with this. Instead they should live the life they are meant for, out in the wild.
The experience at this hotel has been overall okay. The food is okay, the drinks too. The staff is doing their very best. The pool and the beach gets an extra plus from us. The hotel is fairly modern and fresh, but there are some areas that could be improved. Therefore Hane Sun Elite Hotel gets 3/5 ⭐️

Disgusting
This Hotel is disgusting. This hotel has nothing to do with “Elite”. The Food is disgusting and cold. with disgusting i mean that the food is way too oversalted and has no flavour . The bedsheets are the worst part! not only that the bedsheets smell like puke and piss even that the bed has old boogers on the side and not only that with no surprise it has cockroaches. the waitress refused to give me drinks not too forget. Worst Hotel ever
