Dosi Hotel

Been there from 13 July to 27 July with my family. Nothing bad to say, everything was great, clean room, clean pool, great food, great people who works there, everything was great. Im sure we will go back again some other time. Most important is that my kid and wife had a great time. Thank you Dosi. I will recomand this hotel to every family.

Currently at the hotel (July 2026) - The staff try hard but the guests let the place down!!! Overrun with Germans and catered to them even the announcements are rarely in English. Unfortunately during our stay the majority of them were rude and experiences include being threatened by a big burly man because I asked him not to feed cats near us. I had asked 3 members of staff to assist before I went direct. My daughter (autistic) is severely allergic and my elderly father phobic. He told me - this is putting it nicely, he was stood up waving his hands in my face and screaming at me - my daughter should sit somewhere else leaving her terrified and in tears and scared to go near the restaurant. No one intervened. At the same time a table next to them started feeding the cats while he was threatening me just for entertainment as far as I can tell and a third person fed another one - with dreamies cat treats bought in the on site shop!!! Another one calling me a bitch because I told her children not to shove my elderly mother (with a walking stick) out of the way in a compact lift they wouldn’t have fit in anyway. Many wayward children without adult supervision including one actively bullying other children and witnessed seeing him hitting girls, throwing balls at their faces and climbing up the - switched off - slide without a single adult to be found. The food is well cooked however caters to a German palette including putting paprika (I think) all over the chips rendering them inedible to my neurodivergent son who was promptly sick on the first day and wouldn’t touch the food again. The entertainment is woeful and comprises darts, unmanaged adult waterpolo - in the children’s pool! - a mini disco supposed to start at 8.30 but on one particular evening started at 10.15?! We had to change rooms within the first 2 hours of arriving as the sheets were unclean, the curtain only covered one of the 2 windows leaving us watching blue neon flickering on and off from a hotel over the road and we couldn’t open the balcony door, posing a fire escape risk. The new room had what looked like a small patch of blood on the bed runner. My elderly parents were put in a room with only a bath which my disabled mother couldn’t access. She was unable to have a wash. The main lift wasn’t working when we arrived and wasn’t fixed for several days. We are a party of six and we are counting the days until we go home.
