Situated on the sea coast and Manavgat River amongst Diamond Premium Hotel & SPA lays in a region that harbors all the natural beauties of the Mediterranean in Side, Antalya.
Big hotel with lots of facilities and a small aquapark. The main pool is way too crowded for the number of guests, but just a few meters away there’s a great beach area with plenty of sunbeds, food, drinks, and a bar. Wi-Fi works everywhere—even on the beach and room which is brilliant.
Food is fresh and tasty, with branded drinks, alcohol, and ice creams, which is a nice surprise. There are kids’ pools both by the hotel and the beach, and the place is very accessible for families with small children and guests with mobility needs, including a special wheelchair to go onto the ⛱️ beach.
Staff are friendly and helpful—we even got a sunbed arranged for us in 10 minutes when none were free. Some extras like popcorn or cotton candy cost €2, but that’s the same in most hotels.
Overall, a well-maintained, family-friendly hotel. The only real downside is the crowded main pool, but everything else makes it a very enjoyable stay. Well recommend 😊
Just.got back from the diamond premium in side spent 2 weeks there large hotel 600 rooms if you are English don't bother we were the only English people there hotel full of Germans Dutch and Turkish staff are rude food is good though plenty of choice entertainment team work hard rooms are.pretty basic I have been to plenty of hotels over Turkey for years this hotel is not 5 star I would give it a 3 star also it is in the middle of nowhere so there are.no shops to walk to but there are a few in the hotel
Very Good location Very Good rooms Very good atmosphere Very good cleanliness Very Good service Very good amenities Very good
Nice hotel with a helpful tour guide, but faced communication difficulties due to a language barrier as most staff spoke German or Turkish. The hotel was primarily occupied by German guests, making the presence of English Brits feel isolated.
Stayed at Diamond Premium Hotel again and honestly, it continues to impress every time. This isn’t my first visit, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is the consistently high standard and the familiar, friendly atmosphere. I’ve even recognised a few staff members from years ago, which says a lot about the place.
The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great facilities and a relaxing vibe. Food, drinks, and service are generally spot on.
However, I do feel the need to mention one negative experience. On the evening of April 16th at the Petite Bar, there was a tall, very skinny male staff member with distinctive hair who was extremely rude. He raised his voice at us when we were simply ordering drinks, which was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable.
What stood out even more was that his behaviour seemed targeted — he only acted like this when I was with my partner. When my partner approached the bar alone, there was no issue at all. This gave the impression of either a lack of respect towards women or some kind of personal bias, which is really disappointing in a hotel of this standard.
This kind of attitude doesn’t match the welcoming and professional atmosphere the hotel usually provides. Hopefully, management addresses this, as it’s completely out of character compared to the otherwise excellent service.
Overall, still a fantastic hotel and I would return again, but this experience definitely left a sour note.
