This is my 7th time in Turkey, and it is the first time I have ever encountered such a poor hotel. The rooms are heavily outdated, mattresses are sagging (causing back pain), and the bedding is dirty despite being changed. There is a recurring sewage smell and constant cigarette smoke throughout the property without any non-smoking zones. The staff heavily favors local guests, and hygiene standards are low. We strongly advise against staying here. 2. Zalety hotelu (Pros) • Check-in: Fast and friendly welcome upon arrival. • Minibar: Regularly restocked every day. • Location: Great walking path right by the beach leading directly to the Old Town of Side. 3. Wady hotelu (Cons) • Bars & Drinks: Long waiting times for foreign tourists, while local guests are treated as VIPs and served out of turn. • Gözleme Snack Bar: Total lack of organization – local guests order a dozen portions at once, completely ignoring the queue. • Other Issues: Crowded pool area, dirty beach, chaos and unclean tableware in the restaurant, uncomfortable mattresses, and sewage odor.
English, Don’t bother
Honest review , we went as a family of 4 and was really disappointed in the hotel. NEVER A 5 star, 3 at best.
- Hasn’t got the facilities for 5 star.
- Staff aren’t welcoming enough for 5 star, just ignore you and serve all the Turkish first. Barmaid was serving me drinks, Turkish comes up behind me and she stopped my order and served them first
- Not clean enough for 5 stars
- À la carte restaurants are terrible, buffet one is better
It’s far to over crowded, every sunbed by the pool are touching each other.
Hardly any English in the hotel
Location - good, few bars restaurants a walk away Rooms - was a decent size, we upgrade to a family room

Excellent hotel with good food and amenities
The only reason I have given 4 stars other than 5 is that the decor is a little bit dated and the entertainment on a night was a tad loud in the ampitheatre . The Hotel is very clean , staff friendly and efficient . Pools are brilliant as are the numerous slides . I did not have any problems getting served drinks during the day or evening , bar staff in lobby particularly friendly . Kids club was excellent for my 3 year old Granddaughter . Room was clean and bathroom well equipped . Cleaning staff very efficient on a daily basis . Mini bar re filled daily . Bed very comfortable with a choice of pillows . Tv channels in english were only news so limited . Food was exceptionally good with varied choices and plentiful in all retaurants . Staff very attentive . Overall this hotel was very good indeed .From the moment we met the reception staff I felty at home . Do not have any complaints at all and would return without hesitation.

Super hotel
Atmosphere is great, rooms are clean and have enough room. The staff is very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Will be going back again and i have gave an honest review which i think they would appreciate.
We have just come back from this hotel we have stayed here 4 times before last time was 4 years ago so there has been a few changes but for the good. The hotel is very clean The staff are wonderful but for the ones that don't speak English they were nice in their own way. The room i was a bit disappointed with because i booked a sea view but i could barely see the sea we did go down to reception and they did say to come back in the morning and could change the room but i had unpacked and plus were not in the room a lot so i will know next time and to book a pool view which i have had before it was a nice room with no complaints other than the view . The food i wouldn't say was disappointing but there wasn't a lot of choice for the English now this could of been because of the time of the year i don't know as there wasn't a lot of English there but that would be because of the time of the year kids back to school etc so when there wasn't food that we liked we went across the road to the Golden Fizz and the food was outstanding. They had added a lot of different alcohol to the All Inclusive which was a big positive. They had an Oktoberfest day there that was fantastic and the food was outstanding. There was one big thing there that happened and this is a review after all when we was in the food hall one evening there was a lady that was going round picking up the serving spoons and trying the food then walking off and that was not ecceptable and i went to guest relations and reported this which they wasn't happy with either. Also there was a waiter that we met 4 years ago and he spotted my husband and then we were treated like royalty he even carried my dinner to the table he has worked his way up and is now in charge and was lovely to see him. Now i have done my review this doesn't mean that i wouldn't go back because we plan to next year with other members of the family and they have been before too and loved it here. One last thing while i was there i had a tattoo done in the hotel which was not planned at all and would like to say fantastic work and nice staff.
